My friend has decided she wants a yorkshire terrier - she'd rather go through a breeder than the shelter b/c she wants to ensure that she is getting a small dog.
I've only gotten animals as strays / from the shelter. How can we (she) find a reputable breeder in the Philadelphia area?
Definitely do not want to aid in the proliferation of puppy mills in any way.
