Hi,
I am having a shower for a friend and I want to play the game where you ask the mom to be several questions about what to expect with the new baby (how many hours of sleep does the average baby get, when do children start eating solids . . . ). The probably is that I can't think of any questions. My what to expect books are all packed up from my son since we are trying to sell our house. Anyone have any good questions for me (preferably ones that she will not be able to get?)
Thanks for the help

1. How many diapers does the average baby use per day/week/year?
2. How old should a baby be before you give them regular milk?
3. When does the belly button stump usually fall off?
Is the point of the game to actually teach her, or to stump her? Sounds like fun!

What's the earliest you can turn a child's car seat from rear facing to forward facing?
How many days should you wait between introducing new foods?
I'm blanking on other ones!

Thanks for the quick responses. If you could also post answers that would be great as well (it has been awhile since I was at that stage of childhood life, how quickly we forget)
I guess that I forgot to tell the rest of the game. For every wrong answer the mom to be has to eat a piece of bubble gum (the really sugary kind). It is super funny when she has tons of gum in her mouth.

What's the earliest you can turn a child's car seat from rear facing to forward facing?
20 lbs AND 1 year old (child must meet both requirements) although many car seats will rear face to 30 lbs and (and you have to include this part ;)) rear facing is much safer!

Forgive me for this one but the first thing that came to mind when I think of a newborn is the color and consistency of their poop. :o
Q: What is the typical color of newborn poop?
A: seedy mustard yellow
I say typical because newborns can still be pooping out the meconium (sp?) which is quite dark.
Renrel has some great ones.
