Longoria Hits Back at Traffic Cop

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria is planning to file charges against the Texas traffic cop who cited her and boyfriend Tony Parker on Christmas Eve. The actress claims the police officer acted badly when he pulled her and Parker over for impeding traffic in her home state. The cop is currently under investigation for misconduct. The officer left Longoria outraged when he accused her of making derogatory racial comments about him. The incident failed to ruin Longoria's Christmas - she was in Detroit, Michigan for basketball beau Parker's Christmas Day San Antonio Spurs game against the Detroit Pistons.

Arrest in Lopez-Anthony Extortion Scandal

A convicted murderer was arrested yesterday for attempting to extort $1 million from celebrity couple Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez in exchange for their 2004 wedding video. Ex-con Tito Moses, 31, and Steven Wortman, 40, were arrested in New York City on Tuesday, following weeks of negotiation with the Latin star's lawyers. Major Case Squad Inspector Michael Hines tells the New York Post, "They were shocked because they thought they were coming for their payday - and instead, they got the surprise of their lives." The video of the couple's June 2004 marriage ceremony was on Anthony's laptop computer, which was stolen along with the singer's Cadillac, in New Jersey on October 30. Earlier this month, TV show Access Hollywood received a phone call from Moses, offering the video in exchange for a high price.

Naomi may become Bond girl

James Bond bosses are lining up Naomi Watts to be a Bond girl - after being thrilled by her performance in 'King Kong'.

The producers of new 007 film 'Casino Royale' were so impressed by the screen beauty's portrayal of Anne Darrow in the blockbuster they now want her to star opposite Daniel Craig - the latest actor to don the famous tux.

Eon Productions, the team behind the movie, have already contacted Watts to offer her the role of Russian vixen Vesper Lynd and want her to perform a screen test for the part in the New Year. However, friends of the stunning 37-year-old star believe she may turn down the part because of fears she could be typecast. If she does pass on the role, Watts will be the latest actress to snub Bond bosses.

Paris Gets Served

Hotel heiress and socialite Paris Hilton has learnt, to her chagrin, that trying to monopolize her boyfriend, shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, can land her in court.

Brian Quintana, a friend of Hilton's boyfriend has served Paris with a lawyer's "cease and desist" letter, claiming that her bad mouthing him in Hollywood is "ruining his reputation and interfering with his business relationships."

"We would expect Ms. Hilton to understand the danger of making false statements against others," the note reads.

Quintana, a Los Angeles events producer, claims his feud with Paris heated up during an after-party for the American Music Awards.

"Ms. Nightlife herself ordered security at Club Privilege to remove all of Niarchos' pals from the club," Quintana was quoted by the New York Post, as saying.

We've been saying it for weeks and now the bible of celebritydom is chiming in, Us Weekly says that Angelina Jolie is sperminated!

A "business associate" of Ange's, according to the pub, "is telling people that Angelina is pregnant."

Adds another source, "One of Angelina's friends got drunk one night and bragged about knowing."

Even Brad Pitt's rep, Cindy Guagenti, who just a few short weeks ago was confirming that Dad Brad was adopting Maddox and Zahara, refused to give a statement, syaing cryptically, "I'm not commenting on Brad's personal life." No need! The pics of Angelina looking much fuller in the middle these days speak for themselves.

Call me cruel, but I don't feel bad for Jennifer...and I don't hate Brad. They're both adults, and they both contributed to the failure of their marriage. If Angelina is pregnant, Jennifer will just have to suck it up, deal with it and move on.

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- They lurk in bushes, camp out in cars and hover in helicopters. Some are brazen enough to openly brandish their cameras, like old Western gunslingers.

They may be hated, but their work -- candid pictures of celebs in unguarded moments -- is coveted. They are the paparazzi, purveyors of pix that are the lifeblood of the weekly star-tracking mags and tabs. Their photos demand huge sums of money and are circulated worldwide. And as the public hunger for such glossy grist has grown they've become ever more relentless and ruthless. But starting January 1, there'll be some new reins on the paparazzi parade.

That's when a new California law goes into effect that increases penalties against overly aggressive photographers -- dubbed "stalkerazzi" -- who forcefully thrust their cameras into famous faces or crash their car into a celebrity's vehicle. They'll now be liable for three times the damages they inflict, plus lose any payments their published photos might earn. Publishers can also be held liable.

"Now the paparazzi are going to have to think twice about chasing down a celebrity anywhere in California," said Assemblywoman Cindy Montanez, who drafted the bill, which was signed into law in October by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. (The former actor had an infamous paparazzi moment in 1998 when they used their cars to surround his SUV as he and wife Maria Shriver picked up their child from school.)

The new law was inspired by a rash of recent celebrity car chases, Montanez said. In May, a photographer following Lindsay Lohan crashed into the actress' car in West Los Angeles. The photographer was booked for assault with a deadly weapon, but prosecutors found insufficient evidence to press charges.

According to reports, Naomi Watts is pregnant and planning to marry her fellow thespian partner Liev Schreiber. A source has told Star Magazine, "Naomi is ready to walk down the aisle with Liev - maybe soon. Liev doesn't want to waste anytime. He is absolutely thrilled Naomi is going to marry him."

Naomi reinforced this by telling journalists, "I want to start a family. My private life has suffered, so that sort of makes me clear about what I need," and has described Liev as her "perfect man." Liev wasn't helping the matter either, when asked by Australian media this week about a possible engagement he made no attempt to deny the rumors, "we don't discuss that with anybody."

Australian newspaper the Sydney Morning Herald has published reports that Naomi and Liev visited a well known Chinese herbalist and fertility expert in Sydney recently.

Per the National Enquirer, Gwenyth Paltrow and her husband have decided to name their 2nd baby Capone. They say that Gwenyth let her husband chose the name this time.

Not sure if this is true since they haven't even confirmed the pregnancy.

The actor, who had a massive hit in 1987 with "She's Like the Wind," told the site he's working on a new tune which will show that "rap rhythms [are] an emotional undercurrent for ballads." Swayze is no stranger to keepin' it real - he starred in Ja Rule's video for "Reign" - but didn't have a "timeline" for when his foray into hip-hop would be released.

I actually liked the name Apple. It's one of those names that you would never think of but when you hear it I think it fits as a name. Of course I want to name our child Edge if it's a boy.

ET has confirmed that actress LINDSAY LOHAN was admitted to a hospital in Miami on Monday after suffering an asthma attack. Our MARC MALKIN has learned that the attack was so bad that it caused a broken blood vessel in her neck, which prompted doctors to advise the actress to seek treatment at the hospital. According to a rep, Lohan is still in the hospital for observation.

The 'Mean Girls' star was in the Florida town hosting a New Year's Eve party on Saturday at the Prive nightclub. Lohan, 19, is scheduled to begin filming her new drama 'Chapter 27' with JARED LETO in two weeks.

Sheen and Richards Continue With Divorce

LOS ANGELES - They're on, they're off, and apparently, they're off.

Lawyers for Charlie Sheen and
Denise Richards filed legal papers Wednesday asking a private judge to handle their divorce, Sheen's publicist said.

"They asked the court to go to a private arbitrator. They want to keep it private," publicist Stan Rosenfield said. He wouldn't comment further.

Richards' publicist, Cheryl Maisel, also confirmed the filing but refused to elaborate.

The papers, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, requested that the case be taken out of court and assigned to retired commissioner Jill S. Robbins.

Richards filed for divorce in March after three years of marriage. The relationship appeared to dissolve in the public eye just months before the 34-year-old actress gave birth to the couple's second child, Lola. They also have an older daughter, Sam.

Months later, Sheen and Richards seemed to have reconciled. In November, the 40-year-old actor flashed his wedding ring on CBS' "Late Late Show," telling host
Craig Ferguson "things are really good."

Richards and Sheen met while shooting the independent film "Good Advice" in 2000 and appeared in 2003's "Scary Movie 3."

Sheen stars in the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men." His screen credits include "Platoon," "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" and the "Hot Shots!" movies.

Richards, a former Bond girl, also appeared in "Wild Things" and "Starship Troopers."

Lindsay Lohan got a little more personal in a recent magazine interview.
In a tell-all interview in the latest issue of Vanity Fair, on newsstands Wednesday, the Mean Girls star confesses that she experimented with drugs and struggled with bulimia, the latter to blame for whittling her body down to a skeletal figure that even she found "disgusting."
"I was sick," Lohan said in the interview. "I had people sit me down and say, 'You're going to die if you don't take care of yourself.'"

Lohan, who was hospitalized Monday in Miami after suffering a severe asthma attack, also admitted dabbling in drugs, but claimed to have "gotten that out of my system."

When questioned further on her drug use, the actress reportedly became flustered and denied ever having tried cocaine. "I don't want people to think that I've done...you know what I mean? It's kind of a sore subject," Lohan said.

(According to Vanity Fair, Lohan's rep contacted the magazine shortly after the interview in an effort to spike the references to drugs.)

Lohan's admission of her personal issues comes on the heels of a drama-packed year that included a messy divorce battle between her parents, her father's numerous run-ins with the law and subsequent jailing and several driving-related mishaps on her own part.

Just over a year ago, Lohan was hospitalized and treated for extreme stress and exhaustion. Shortly after she was released, she split from her first serious boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, and her curvy figure began to noticeably diminish in size.

In the Vanity Fair interview, Lohan claimed her relationship ended because she smothered Valderrama until he was basically forced to break up with her, "because I didn't have anyone [else] to go to" with problems.

As for her weight loss, the actress has repeatedly denied in past interviews that she was in the grips of an eating disorder and attributed her extra-slim figure to exercise and diet.

However, Lohan confirmed to Vanity Fair that as recently as May, she was making herself vomit in order to keep her weight down.

"I was making myself sick," the actress said,

The teen queen credited Lorne Michaels for bringing her to the point where she realized was losing control. After Lohan appeared on Saturday Night Live, Michaels staged an intervention, forcing her to take stock of who she had become.

"I just started bawling. I knew I had a problem, and I couldn't admit it," Lohan said.

"I saw that SNL after I did it. My arms were disgusting. I had no arms."

After her Saturday Night Live wakeup call, Lohan got the final push she needed to get her life back on track when an paparazzi picture of her emaciated body clad in a "great whore's dress" appeared in a tabloid.

"I looked at it and was like, 'Jesus Christ,'" the actress said. "My sister, she was scared. My brother called me, crying."

While she's no longer the curvy teen whose figure launched a thousand boob implant rumors, the party-loving star seems to be on the road to recovery.

Lohan rang in 2006 by hosting a New Year's Eve bash at Miami's Prive Nightclub, where she told E! News that her New Year's resolutions included: "do[ing] more charity work" and "tak[ing] more time with my family."

"I'll think of more," Lohan said. "I give myself seven New Year's resolutions, because that's my lucky number."

Perhaps one of the actress' resolutions should be: "Stay healthy."

In two weeks, she is due to begin shooting her latest project, Chapter 27, an indie film centering on Mark David Chapman, John Lennon's assassin.

Lohan plays a fan who befriends Chapman before Lennon's slaying, while her oft-rumored beau, Jared Leto, plays the killer.

Of reports linking her to Leto, Lohan told Vanity Fair, "We're great friends."

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Paris Hilton is accused of spewing "vicious lies" about an altercation with a romantic rival at a London nightclub, and harassing a business promoter in two lawsuits set for court this month.

The first suit pits the hotel heiress-actress against diamond heiress-actress Zeta Graff, who is seeking at least $10 million in damages for Hilton's comments in a July New York Post story.

The paper reported that Graff -- who once dated Hilton's then-fiancee, Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis -- went "berserk" at the nightclub, tried to strangle Hilton and attempted to steal her diamond necklace.

Graff denies the report and claims Hilton said "I'm going to destroy you" after trying to oust her from the club, according to the suit.

Former Hilton publicist Rob Shuter said in a deposition that Hilton asked him to help plant the story and that he gave the paper comments attributed to himself, Hilton and anonymous sources that were dictated by Hilton.

Hilton spokesman Elliot Mintz declined to comment on the case.

A January 17 hearing is scheduled near Los Angeles to consider Hilton's request for more information about the damages claim.

A hearing also is set for the same day on the second lawsuit in which promoter Brian Quintana, 37, alleged that Hilton harassed and badmouthed him in the news media and threatened his life. He is seeking a restraining order.

"I can assure you that when all of the facts are revealed in this matter, they will show that the victim is, in fact, Paris Hilton," Hilton's spokesman said.

She returned to the Emergency Department at 1:30 am with several overnight bags and food shopping including a Pregnancy test, Playing cards, mouthwash, Coke, and a box of Cocoa Puffs. The friend declined to comment on Lindsay's condition.

Although I can't quite figure out why you would need to buy a pregnancy test when you're in the hospital to begin with - surrounded by all the pregnancy tests the doctors would need, I think! Something's fishy. Oh well - just wanted to post it here.

I gotta say, I'm not hating on L Lo--she's just a kid and I actually think that she, unlike many others, has actual talent and will be around for quite a while. I was bulimic at her age, pregnant at her age AND used drugs at her age--and I turned out just fine, thanks very much! ;) :cool:

Eminem Helps Mom's Cancer Battle
Eminem is reportedly helping his estranged mom battle cancer - despite the fact he's been feuding with her for years.

The foul-mouthed rapper - who has penned lyrics about killing his mother, Debbie Nelson - is said to have forked up the cash for her costly medical bills.

The 50-year-old, who is being treated for lymphoma, is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "I thank Marshall for helping me stay alive."

Debbie - who famously filed a staggering $10 million defamation suit against Eminem seven years ago - added:

"I'm hopeful that someday we'll be able to reconcile and move forward."

Meanwhile the rap star recently announced he is set to re-marry ex-wife Kim Mathers.

Eminem and blonde Kim - who married in 1999 and divorced in 2001 - will reportedly exchange vows for the second time on January 14.

America's The Star has allegedly seen one of the official invitations to the nuptials. It reportedly says: "This day I will marry my best friend, the one I laugh with, live for, love."

Eminem then invites his friends and family to attend the wedding of "Kimberley Anne Mathers and Marshall Bruce Mathers III on 14 January at 5pm."

NEW YORK (Billboard) -- After debuting a week ago at No. 2, Jamie Foxx's "Unpredictable" replaced Mary J. Blige's "The Breakthrough" atop the U.S. pop album charts, according to sales data issued Wednesday.

The actor/singer's J Records set sold 200,000 copies in the week ended January 1, according to Nielsen Soundscan, and it makes him the fourth Oscar-winning actor to reach the summit. (The others were Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and Barbra Streisand.)

"Unpredictable" is also the first album to ascend to the top without having debuted at No. 1 since February 2005, when Ray Charles' "Genius Loves Company" pulled off the feat. (Coincidentally, Foxx won his Oscar for playing Charles in "Ray.")

In typical post-holiday fashion, nearly every album on The Billboard 200 suffered a sales decrease during the final week of 2005. Overall sales slid 50 percent to 17 million units compared to the previous week. Sales were up 5 percent compared to the same week in 2004, but the year's sales ended down 9 percent at 619 million units.

Blige's "Breakthrough" fell to No. 2 with 193,000 copies in its second week, while Eminem's retrospective "Curtain Call: The Hits" rose one to No. 3 at 186,000 units, switching places with the Notorious B.I.G.'s "Duets: The Final Chapter" at 150,000 units.

"American Idol" winner Carrie Underwood's "Some Hearts" stayed put at No. 5 with 135,000 units. The 20th volume in the "NOW That's What I Call Music!" hits compilation series rose one to No. 6 with 104,000 units, and Nickelback's "All the Right Reasons" (Roadrunner) jumped two to No. 7 with 103,000 copies.

In its 38th week on the chart, Mariah Carey's "The Emancipation of Mimi" (Island Def Jam) fell two to No. 8 with 102,000 copies. Her Grammy-nominated comeback was the best seller in 2005, according to Nielsen SoundScan, moving almost five million copies.

Black Eyed Peas' "Monkey Business" re-entered the top tier with a two-place rise to No. 9 move based on sales of 98,000 copies, while Chris Brown finished out the top 10 with his self-titled debut, which was up two places with 90,000 copies.

A slow week for new releases translated into a slow week for debuts, with Ying Yang Twins' "U.S.A. Still United" ranking as the Billboard 200's top entry at No. 45.

Wife of Singer Babyface Files for Divorce

LOS ANGELES (AP) - The wife of Grammy-winning singer Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds has filed for divorce after 13 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences, court papers indicated.

Tracey Edmonds filed for divorce from her former husband Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The couple had announced in October that they were ending their marriage with a "permanent separation" and said they had been separated for some time.

"We remain best friends," their statement then said.

Her attorney declined to discuss the matter Wednesday night. Kenneth Edmonds could not be reached for comment by The Associated Press.

The couple have produced movies and television shows together, including "Soul Food," and said in October they would continue to work together on business ventures.

Kenneth Edmonds, 47, and Tracey Edmonds, 37, married on Sept. 5, 1992. They have two sons: Brandon, 9, and Dylan, 4 1/2.

Tracey Edmonds, who as head of Edmonds Entertainment Group, Inc. is considered one of the most powerful women executives in Hollywood, is seeking physical custody of the boys, with visiting rights for her husband.

Besides his career as a best-selling crooner with hits including "Whip Appeal" and "Change the World," Edmonds has written hits for Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Bobby Brown and others.

During their first year of marriage, Donald and Melania Trump reveled in being a twosome – but now they're getting ready to be a trio.

Expectant mom Melania, 35, who is seven months pregnant, is glowing these days. But Trump, 59, who has four children by his two former wives, Ivana and Marla, was a bit taken aback by the initial news that his new wife was expecting, the couple tell PEOPLE in its latest issue.

"He came home (one day last August), and I told him he'd be a daddy," says Melania, laughing. "And his reaction was ... at first he needed to take it in. It was a real surprise. And then he was very happy."

Donald gently corrects her. "I expected we were going to have children, so I wasn't totally surprised," he says. "But I was surprised by the speed of it. It happened very quickly."

Although they occasionally go out to the movies (most recently, Memoirs of a Geisha), the couple prefer to spend evenings nesting at home, either at Mar-a-Lago in Florida or in their triplex apartment at Trump Tower in New York, often after eating a dinner prepared by Melania.

"She cooks beautifully," says her spouse. But not Donald. "Number one, I don't think it's my job to cook," he says. "Number two, it's just not my thing."

"It's a secret," she says), he says he won't be shopping for baby clothes with her. Nor does he expect to be at her side in the delivery room. "I think it's easier for Melania if I'm not there," he says.

For the first few months, Melania plans to stay close to home. “But eventually we will take the baby with us," she says. Though she hopes to resume her modeling career, she says she'll be picky about assignments, taking only the ones "that I'm passionate about." Whether she's working or not, Melania has already hired a full-time nanny.

Donald, meanwhile, will still be firing: "NBC just signed me for two more seasons of The Apprentice," he says. "Number 5 is being completed now in New York. In June or so, I'm going to California. Number 6 is going to be shot all in Los Angeles. That's a pretty big change right there."

Still, don't expect the Trumps to do anything different on their first anniversary on Jan. 22. "We'll spend it alone together; we won't have people around. That's the best," says Donald. "I feel really comfortable in a bathrobe."

Baby Oscar joins dad's other children - son Jacob was born in February 1998, son Devon in November of the same year, and daughter Atiana arrived in March 1999. Atiana received two new half siblings for Christmas - besides Oscar, mom Shanna and stepdad Travis Barker welcomed Alabama Luella on Christmas Eve.

Oh, and also, not to rain on everybody's poo-poo parade, but remember I did predict ages ago this somewhat odd (albeit most interesting) couple would not head down the aisle together. I do remember, with piercing accuracy, those e-darts and daggers shot my way when Lance and Sheryl's engagement was announced last September.

I believe Lance's wife was going to leave him - actually she was going to leave him before the cancer hit - but stayed with him for support. After he recovered, they split up. That's the story in the sports world.

I read his first book and it made it sound like they started dating only after the cancer hit. Or am I remembering it totally wrong? (Could be -- it's been a while.) I thought he met Kristen (I think that's his first wife's name) when he was doing PR for the American Cancer Society and she was part of the PR team. They didn't date that long before they were engaged and married. I was sorry to see that marriage end but I wouldn't be surprised if he had been fooling around. He painted himself out to be a tad slutty in his autobiography.

kd, you are right. He was actually with another woman who stood by his side throughout the cancer and recovery. He met his ex-wife at a benefit after his return to cycling. While I admire the guy for his cancer involvement and fund raising...and for his cycling victories, I've never gotten the impression that he was a good person.

Hilary Swank and Husband Chad Lowe Split

"Million Dollar Baby" Oscar winner Hilary Swank and actor husband Chad Lowe have separated after more than eight years of marriage.

"Hilary and Chad have decided to separate, but they are hopeful they'll be able to get through this tough time," Swank's manager Troy Nankin said in a statement Monday.

There was no elaboration on the reason for the split.

Swank, 31, and Lowe, who turns 38 on Jan. 15, were married on Sept. 28, 1997. They have no children.

Swank won best actress Academy Awards for "Boys Don't Cry" and "Million Dollar Baby."

Lowe, who won an Emmy Award for his portrayal of AIDS patient Jesse McKenna on the TV series "Life Goes On," is the brother of actor Rob Lowe.

David Rose, the actor's agent at Innovative Artists, said there would be no comment from Lowe.

As an Austinite I can say this - Kristen Armstrong met Lance right after his cancer when he was bald and rough. They dated, married and she went through hellacious fertility treatments to conceive the three kids they have. The word on the street is that their divorce is a matter of her not wanting to shuffle the kids back and forth to France every two seconds and wanting a stable life for them. My impression of Lance is that he is a regular guy with regular problems. He regularly is on a local radio program and he is pretty funny. Clearly Kristen Armstrong is ok with her kids being over in France for the tour when he was cycling because the kids were in all the pics. I have seen her in the early days eating at a burger joint (Waterloo for all you Austinites) and she is gracious and beautiful. I think they just had their problems like everyone else. Sheryl is around Austin a lot. I would be shocked if their engagement ended. SHOCKED~!

I'd love to hear more specific stuff about Lance's attitude. I'm honestly curious - maybe I haven't been paying attention (very likely), because I've never heard anything like that before. Can anyone elaborate?

I have some family friends that go to some of the same charity events, travel in the same circles and they just said that he's somewhat of an ass. Didn't really elaborate, but did say that they knew him before and after cancer and that he's always been that way so it's not just the "new" celebrity attitude.

I found it very shocking when they said that, as he always seemed like such a nice guy when I've seen interviews with him.

Lance Armstong had a book launch party at a bookstore famous for it's author signings. He did not sign any of his books. He refused to.

Ok on the surface it's not much, but I think it says a lot about him. He writes a book and expects the public to read it. He has a launch party for the book and expects people to show up but isn't willing to sign his name? Sorry dude, but you aren't so famous that seeing you is enough.

I have heard him talk about signing autographs. He doesn't like the fact that sometimes it can get turned around and make money for the person who has a generic autograph of his. He says he likes to make sure that when he signs autographs that he personalizes it so that he doesn't see it on Ebay making money for some random person at his expense. I understand the logic. Maybe he just couldn't personalize every book so he decided to do none. Believe me, he will autograph anything for any good cause around Austin.
I am not defending him, per se. But I do really think he is just a regular guy with an athletes ego. If anyone has ever dated a college athlete or something similar they all have it (I can say that with confidence only because I was a college athlete). There is a certain arrogance that comes with being the best in something no matter what it is. He is a skilled athlete and is the best at what he does. That is more than I can say for some actors or celebutants who don't deserve or work for their fame. That is all I can say in defense of Lance Armstrong. I do like him, he is great to my hometown of Austin and he is a standup guy when it comes to charity.

Lindsay Lohan is "appalled" by the Vanity Fair article released last week in which she confessed to dabbling in drugs and battling bulimia.

The Vanity Fair story, which hit newsstands nationally Tuesday and was widely reported last week, made headlines for the 19-year-old actress' acknowledgment that she dabbled in drugs "a little."

The magazine also quoted Lohan on her drastic weight loss last year: "I was making myself sick," she said. The article, written by Evgenia Peretz, noted Lohan was "referring to bulimic episodes."

Lohan also said, "I knew I had a problem and I couldn't admit it."

However, in a statement released Tuesday to Teen People magazine, Lohan denied having bulimia and said, "The words that I gave to the writer for Vanity Fair were misused and misconstrued, and I'm appalled with the way it was done."

An editor for Teen People said Lohan's denial was regarding Vanity Fair's reporting of her alleged bulimia, not drug use.

"Aside from (the writer's) lies and changing of my words, I am blessed to have this job and wonderful family that I do," Lohan's statement read.

Vanity Fair, in a statement of its own, stood by its story.

"Evgenia Peretz is one of our most reliable reporters," the magazine said. "Every word Lindsay Lohan told her is on tape. Vanity Fair stands by the story."

A call to Lohan's publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, was not immediately returned Tuesday.

Colin Farrell is celebrating after a website allowing surfers to view his leaked 15-minute sex tape was shut down Tuesday. The Alexander star's publicist Dancia Smith said website dirtycolin.com had violated a court order blocking the release of the footage - which allegedly shows the movie hunk engaging in sex acts with former Playboy model Nicole Narain during their 2003 romance. On the actor's behalf Smith says, "A website attempting to distribute an unauthorized tape of Colin Farrell was shut down today. Mr. Farrell will take legal action against anyone who tries to distribute this tape." Last year Farrell took Narain to court, accusing her of attempting to distribute the tape. He argued its release would harm his career, and he had never intended it for public consumption. A Superior Court judge issued a temporary restraining order to prevent marketing of the tape in August.

That’s what they’re telling a Las Vegas newspaper. Carol Good and Damon Rosa were working the overnight shift on Jan. 2 at the Silverton hotel and casino in Las Vegas when Paula Abdul called the front desk at about 6 a.m., wanting to change a 7:40 a.m. flight, they say.

Good adds that although her shift was ending, she stayed to help Rosa because of the New Year’s rush of guests checking out. “I stayed over and printed out the flight schedules,” Good told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “I then took the flight schedules to [Rosa].”

As she was about to call Abdul, the phone rang and it was the “American Idol” hostess who “went off on me,” Good told the paper, adding that Abdul said all the flights were booked and she blamed the workers for making her miss her plane. The pair was suspended on Jan. 5 and fired Jan. 6.

A Silverton rep didn’t respond to the story and Abdul’s lawyer didn’t respond by deadline.

Rumors have been flying that Sheryl, 43, has been a frequent visitor to area fertility clinics, and that, along with the well-known fact that Lance has banked sperm in the past, has led to talk of their plans to conceive a child. Says Sheryl, "I can laugh about it, but in the privacy of my own home it grieves me, because those are such serious and personal topics... If I were going to a fertility clinic, I'm sure that I wouldn't be talking with you guys about it."

Sheryl did, however, talk about Lance's children, the step-parenting role she plays, and how important it is to have a good relationship with Lance's ex-wife, Kristen. She says she's become "totally kid-acclimated" and that she feels comfortable with the kids - "I have been in their life now for over 2 1/2 years ... for almost as long as they can remember, which is really nice for me. And, for them, there's nothing jarring about it. We have a great relationship ... and I have a good relationship with their mom. [We all] take raising them very seriously...Our first concern is making sure that they feel comfortable with all of us, that they know that we just have their best interests at heart, and really I'm just one more person that's going to be in their lives that's going to love them."

NEW YORK - Brad Pitt did not call Jennifer Aniston to tell her about girlfriend Angelina Jolie's pregnancy announcement, entertainment TV show "Extra" reported Thursday.

Aniston's publicist, Stephen Huvane, cleared up reports that Pitt and former wife Aniston spoke before the announcement on Wednesday.

"All the reports about phone calls between Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie are all made-up lies," Huvane told "Extra."

Pitt's publicist, Cindy Guagenti, confirmed on Wednesday that Jolie, 30, is expecting a baby this summer with Pitt. Jolie, a goodwill ambassador for the U.N., leaked the news to a charity aid worker while filming "The Good Shepherd" in the Dominican Republic.

Pitt, 42, has also filed to be the adoptive father to Jolie's children, Maddox and Zahara.

Pitt and Aniston, 36, divorced last October after 4 1/2 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Pitt has denied Jolie was behind the split.

Mitchell's engagement ring is a 3.5-carat yellow diamond by designer Louis Glick. This will be the first marriage for both the actress and Cameron, who plan to wed next year.

"I'm quite looking forward to the day when our paths will cross, which I know they will," says Miller, 24, of Wright in February's Interview magazine. "She better live in fear."

Though Miller reportedly broke off her engagement with Law after he admitted to his early-2005 tryst with his children's nanny – and issued a public statement saying "I am deeply ashamed" – the pair are dating again.

But she isn't feeling so friendly toward Wright. Says Miller, who stars in the new film Casanova: "I just hope she doesn't run into me in a dark alley."

I blame him more than the nanny. Yeah, she was stupid to sleep with him and holds part of the blame for the incident. But maybe he told her things that made her think she had a chance with him. He, on the other hand, has a history of being a womanizer, knew the state of his relationship with SM and how SM felt about him and their relationship, and he also put himself in a position to be caught by at least one of his children "doing" the nanny.

But anyway, regardless of how the blame is divied up, I take issue with SM forgiving him and taking him back, but still having such a vendetta against the nanny.

Singer Keys Expanding Into Movie, TV

LOS ANGELES - After conquering the world of music, Alicia Keys is expanding into movie and television production. Keys, 24, and her longtime manager, Jeff Robinson, said Thursday they have formed a company whose first project will be a UPN TV series inspired by Keys' experiences as a biracial youngster growing in New York.

"A lot of times I watch TV and I watch film and there's so many things I'd love to talk about that I feel don't get the opportunity to be shown," Keys told The Associated Press. "Sometimes things become very stereotypical and one-sided, and I feel like it's such a colorful world."

Their company, New York-based Big Pita, Lil' Pita, will provide "the opportunity to expose that array," Keys said in a phone call.

She's also intent on developing projects that give women their due, she added.

"I was mostly raised by very strong women, and I consider myself one as well. So I'd like to see things explore that and see that strength shine through," she said.

Keys, a singer, songwriter and musician, was born to a white mother and black father. Her parents split when she was 2 and she was raised in the Hell's Kitchen area of New York by her mom, Terri Augello.

The new company's eye-catching name has a special meaning for Keys and Robinson, who have worked together for more than a decade: "Pita stands for pain in the ass," Keys said. "That's what he and I both are _ so watch out."

The two will serve as executive producers for their untitled TV drama, which has a script commitment from UPN and which Robinson said may be on the air by next fall. The pilot, not yet cast, will be written by Felicia Henderson ("Soul Food," "Moesha,").

Keys is making her film acting debut in the upcoming "Smokin' Aces," which stars Ben Affleck and Andy Garcia.

Asked about movies their company will produce, Robinson and Keys declined to provide details.

"I couldn't give away all my secrets," Keys said in her trademark husky tones. But she said the films will be "the most thrilling" aspect of the company's work.

The goal is to create projects she's proud of, Keys said _ and some with juicy roles for her.

"One of the great parts of being able to produce your own movie is to come up with a story that you find interesting. ... You don't have to wait for someone to tell you what they think" you should do, she said.

She labeled herself a "very independent person. People do tend to call me a control freak, and I will gladly say that I am, in a good way. I'm totally involved in what I do."

Keys began playing piano when she was 7, with dance and voice lessons following. She studied at the Professional Performance Arts School in New York, graduating at 16 and studying at Columbia University briefly before deciding to devote herself full-time to music.

Her first album, "Songs in A Minor," debuted atop the Billboard chart in 2001 when she was 20.

With nine Grammy Awards to her name, Keys is nominated for five more at next month's ceremony, including best R&B album for "Unplugged."

She vowed that her music won't suffer as she expands into new areas.

"I'm a juggler by nature, that's how I've always been. My dream is to be part of a multitude of things. ... These activities feed back into my music, my music feeds back into these activities."

Asked about her next album, she said: "It's bubbling. I'm very excited about it."

Robinson, president of MBK Entertainment, attests to Keys' ability to handle a heavy load.

"Alicia is a very energetic workaholic. She's always thinking. We're always feeding ideas off each other _ which generates huge cell-phone bills, by the way," Robinson said.

"I'm constantly telling her to slow down, let's not conquer the world in one day. But she wants to do it all."

'Lost' Actress Tells Court She's Sorry

KANEOHE, Hawaii - Cynthia Watros, who plays Libby on ABC's hit series "Lost," pleaded guilty to drunken driving Thursday. She was fined $370 and had her driver's license suspended for 90 days.

District Judge James Dannenberg also ordered Watros, 37, to undergo an alcohol assessment and to submit to 14 hours of counseling.

"I'm sorry," Watros said after entering her plea.

Under a plea agreement with prosecutors, a citation for crossing the white line was waived.

"This is no fun, but you know how much worse it could have been. Get on with your life, and I wish you luck," Dannenberg told Watros.

Michelle Rodriguez, who co-stars with Watros as police officer Ana Lucia on the castaway drama, was also charged with drunken driving. The two were pulled over in separate cars within 15 minutes of each other Dec. 1.

Their cars had been spotted weaving on a road in Kailua, on the island of Oahu, where "Lost" is filmed. Both failed field sobriety tests and were released on $500 bail, police said.

Rodriguez, 27, who was scheduled to stand trial March 30 after pleading not guilty last month, was also cited for speeding in Hawaii three times last year.

In 2004, Rodriguez pleaded no contest in Los Angeles to three traffic violations, including drunken driving. She completed a three-month alcohol program and is serving a three-year probation term.

Pamela Anderson Takes Aim at KFC

FRANKFORT, Ky. - Pamela Anderson is leading a charge to remove a bust of KFC founder Colonel Harland Sanders from the state Capitol.

The actress called the Kentucky native's likeness "a monument to cruelty" to chickens in a statement issued by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, the animal rights group.

The statement did little to ruffle feathers in Gov. Ernie Fletcher's office.

"Colonel Sanders was one of Kentucky's most distinguished citizens, a great entrepreneur and a fine charitable man of faith, and he certainly has a place in Kentucky history. We believe he warrants appropriate recognition as such," Fletcher spokeswoman Jodi Whitaker said.

Anderson has been involved in a campaign to raise awareness of conditions in processing plants that supply poultry to the Louisville-based chicken chain.

In a letter to Fletcher, Anderson detailed alleged abuses of chickens by KFC suppliers. Among her claims, she said workers in a slaughterhouse in West Virginia have been filmed tearing the heads off live birds, spitting tobacco in their eyes, spray-painting their faces and slamming them on the ground.

KFC spokeswoman Laurie Schalow called the move to oust the colonel "just another misguided publicity stunt by PETA in their attempt to create a vegan society."

LOS ANGELES - It's not Gun N' Roses but cars and cash that have rocker Axl Rose suing a Beverly Hills auto dealership.

The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims the dealership failed to deliver two luxury cars after receiving $20,000 in deposits and also failed to give the Guns N' Roses frontman any money after selling his Ferrari.

Rose contends that Beverly Hills Classic Cars took his deposits but violated oral agreements to get him a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo and a 2005 Porsche GT3.

The suit also contends the dealer sold his consigned 1999 Ferrari Marinello but never paid him a promised $135,000 of the proceeds.

After-hours calls to the dealer and its owner were not immediately returned Thursday night.

"Heath Ledger shot by water pistols at Premiere"

Five paparazzi photographers whom Heath Ledger allegedly spat at have retaliated at the Sydney premiere of his new movie - shooting the actor with water pistols.

As Ledger arrived with partner Michelle Williams at Cinema Paris at Fox Studios on Friday night, the photographers took aim at the Hollywood heart-throb with the toys.

They hit him in the face and chest, wetting his hair and clothing, in an action taking some 10 seconds.

Ledger put his hands up to protect himself and tried to shield his partner, who was also hit by the water, as they moved quickly inside the cinema complex.

Upon seeing the incident, security guards moved towards the paparazzi but the five had left the scene.

Veteran paparazzi photographer Peter Carrette, who was not (not) involved in the incident, told AAP: "Enough is enough.

"Some boys thought they would get him back for spitting at them. It's (spitting) totally out of order.

"I came here to do my job but if anyone spat at me I would deck them.

"We are just doing our job. He gets $250,000 a picture (a movie) and we get $250 a picture. Who the hell does he think he is?"

Last week, Ledger said he was hurt and embarrassed by claims he had spat at journalists on the Sydney set of the movie Candy last year and by a recent report that said his uncle spat in a photographer's face.

"It's disgusting and awful. I would never in a million years do anything like that," Ledger told News Ltd newspapers.

"I'm not some sort of dirty spitter."

After much speculation, GWYNETH PALTROW has finally confirmed her pregnancy, reports The Insider's MARC MALKIN. Paltrow revealed her news Thursday night at a Screen Actors Guild Showing of 'Proof' in Beverly Hills.

During a interview session following the screening, LOU DIAMOND PHILLIPS announced Paltrow as a "pregnant woman," then asked her how far along she was. A smiling Gwyneth replied, "Far enough along to feel very cumbersome."

When an audience member asked how she got her hair so shiny, the Oscar winner answered, "It must be the prenatal vitamins ... I've been taking them for a few years."

Michael Jackson has been accused, at various times in his career, of molesting children, breaking contracts and stealing songs. Rarely, if ever, has he been accused of doing all three at once.

Now a recent lawsuit hits the trifecta, alleging the pop star sexually abused a boy in the 1980s and 1990s, lifted lyrics and melodies from the child, who was as young as 2 at the time of the reputed plagiarism, and reneged on a deal to pay for the songs.

Perhaps making the lawsuit at least a quadfecta, Jackson, 47, is also accused of burning, beating, and torturing the then-child, and forcing him to undergo "unnecessary cosmetic surgery procedures."

"I've got photos of my client with these red lips just like you see on Mr. Jackson, and a big old cleft on his chin which he didn't have previously," Michael Mattern, an attorney for the alleged victim, who's now 20, told London's Guardian.

The lawsuit, filed by Daniel Kapone, according to Los Angeles' City News Service, comes complete with details of the alleged molestation: The masturbation, the tongue being stuck down the throat, the anal penetration "by force." (A copy of the lawsuit was posted Thursday at TMZ.com.)

According to the lawsuit, Jackson's accuser was exploited by the entertainer from 1987 until 1999, when Kapone was 14. The allegedly stolen songs were featured on at least four Jackson albums, it says, beginning with 1987's Bad, which was released when Kapone was 2. The complaint does not say which tracks Jackson allegedly plagiarized from the then-toddler.

The lawsuit, seeking unspecified damages from Jackson, his production company and his record label, was originally filed in Orange County, California, in July, reports said. The New York Post smoked it out in Monday's edition, speculating that the complaint was able to avoid making headlines for so long because the first version was "handwritten, paper-thin" and "included no details, or even a lawyer representing the plaintiff."

A beefed-up version of the lawsuit was registered with the court in October. The 22-page complaint does not lack for details, citing numerous alleged transgressions, ranging from child molestation to breach of contract to the trampling of civil rights. In the latter instance, Jackson is accused of hurling anti-Semitic insults at Kapone, who is said to be Jewish.

A call seeking comment from Jackson's spokeswoman was not returned Thursday. Attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr., who successfully defended the singer from criminal molestation charges last year, told TMZ.com that the accusations in the lawsuit "are ridiculous on their face," and that they "will be vigorously defended."

According to the Post, authorities in Santa Barbara County, California, who put Jackson on trial for allegedly molesting a Los Angeles teen, knew of Kapone's allegations, but "didn't believe his story would stand up in court."

A hearing on the lawsuit has been scheduled for Feb. 14, CNS said.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Former "Baywatch" star David Hasselhoff filed for divorce Thursday from actress Pamela Bach, his wife of 16 years.

"The couple have agreed to an amicable settlement," said Hasselhoff's publicist, Judy Katz.

Hasselhoff, 53, and Bach, 42, wed in December 1989. They have two teenage daughters.

Details on custody and property issues were not disclosed.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Country singer Tim McGraw says he wants to run for office someday in his adopted home state of Tennessee — perhaps for governor or U.S. senator — and he's getting encouragement from a fellow Democrat, former President Clinton.

"I think he's got it," Clinton says of McGraw in an Esquire magazine story that hits newsstands Monday. "The Democrats need candidates whom people can relate to in a personal way, people who understand their lives and their concerns and share their values. And I think that's something Tim can do without even pretending."

McGraw, 38, told the magazine he has no immediate plans to enter politics.

"Maybe in 10 or 15 years when the music has died down," he said.

The magazine reported that McGraw, who has three young daughters with his wife, singer Faith Hill, was recruited a few years ago to run for the U.S. Senate seat that eventually went to Tennessee Republican Lamar Alexander, but passed because of his children and his singing career.

While running for the Senate remains an option, the Louisiana native seems more interested in the governor's office.

"It's more of a leadership role, and I think that's something that I'd do well," he said. "That doesn't rule out senator; I just think that as governor of a state, especially where I live, there would be a lot more opportunities to make some decisions and change some things."

He identified health care as his top issue, and said one of his main reasons for wanting to enter politics is Clinton, whom he calls "the best president we ever had."

Born in Delhi, La., he grew up as Tim Smith. But at age 12, he learned his father was baseball pitcher Tug McGraw, who had had a brief affair with his mother.

His mom and stepfather divorced when he was in the fourth grade, leaving her to raise him and his two sisters.

"She worked two or three jobs at a time," McGraw told The Associated Press in 2004. "I can remember being 11, 12, 13 years old and getting up at 12 o'clock at night and my mom sitting at the kitchen table with the bills spread out everywhere and not even knowing I was there with her head down crying. And then the next day the VCR being gone. It's stuff you grow up with, but you learn a lot from that."

He went to Northeastern Louisiana University on a baseball scholarship and started singing and playing guitar. He dropped out in 1989 and moved to Nashville, where he landed a recording contract with Curb Records

McGraw has sold more than 30 million albums and compiled a long list of hits that includes "Indian Outlaw," "Where the Green Grass Grows," "Red Ragtop" and "Live Like You Were Dying." He's also branched into acting; he had a supporting role in 2004's "Friday Night Lights" and has a lead role in the upcoming film "Flicka," an update of a popular 1943 movie.

We had been hearing rumors recently that Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake just got engaged, but we didn't report on them - quite frankly - because we didn't believe it.

While Cam and JT have been dating for a while, we never pictured these two actually walking down the aisle, partly because we know that Timberlake's mother, Lynne, absolutely loathes Cameron and also because Perez is a romantic and we were holding out hope that one day Justin and Britney would get back together. According to an article published in the UK's Daily Star on Saturday, Diaz is with child.

Timberlake's mother apparently revealed the couple's news to her neighbors in Memphis, Tennessee.

"Lynne told us about a neighbor who had gone all out for Christmas because she'd had her first grandchild over - and she couldn't help grinning," one friend told the newspaper.

"She was asked if she was keeping a secret and burst out that it was going to be 'a very exciting year for Justin and Cameron' and that she hoped to have a baby over next December 25 - then added, 'I'm knitting booties.' Damon told reporters in Spanish that the child will be a girl, according to a local paper. “ ‘It [she] will be a girl,’ said Damon in Spanish,” noted El Caribe, according to a translation carried on a Damon fan site. “The actor has advanced in his classes thanks to his wife, who has dedicated herself to teaching him the language.” Damon's wife was born in Argentina.

Britanny Murphy Engaged

Time for Brittany Murphy to ditch her little black book.

The Just Married star got engaged to her boyfriend, Joe Macaluso over the Christmas holidays, People and Us Weekly reported.

The twosome first met when Macaluso was working as a production assistant on the set of Murphy's 2004 romantic comedy, Little Black Book. However, sparks didn't fly until after the film had wrapped and Macaluso stopped by Murphy's house to help her out with some handy work.

"He hung our Christmas lights and I got to know him through that," Murphy told Us Weekly last year.

Macaluso reportedly popped the question armed with an almost four-carat Tiffany diamond ring. The couple has not yet announced a wedding date.

Let's see if Murphy makes it down the aisle this time. She was previously engaged to talent manager Jeff Kwatinetz, but the couple called off their plans to wed in May 2004.

She was also romantically linked to Ashton Kutcher, whom she met while filming Just Married, and reportedly had a fling with Eminem during the shooting of 8 Mile.

Murphy's big show biz break came when she landed a lead role as Alicia Silverstone's awkward pal, Tai, in 1995's Clueless. She went on to star in a number of big-budget films, including Girl, Interrupted, Riding in Cars with Boys and Don't Say a Word.

I cannot avoid speculation about my career and life, but I cannot allow those for whom my foundation works to be affected because I am a public figure."

The backlash stems from an interview published last month, in which Ricky told Blender, "I love giving the 'golden shower.' I've done it before in the shower. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! I just saw an interview with her and her husband on E! she looked GORGEOUS and apparently had even gotten a breast augmentation, she was talking about how she just finished college and looking forward to starting her career working with child actors and actresses? Did anyone else see that interview?

I can not believe that she was hooked to meth that is CRAZY! I wonder if the story is true. Guess we shall see her again on E! True Hollywood Story soon eh?

Kelly Clarkson isn't letting "American Idol" use her songs.

PASADENA, California (AP) -- Singer Kelly Clarkson, who vaulted to fame as the first "American Idol" winner in 2002, is not letting any of her songs be used by new contestants on the show.

A spokesman for Clarkson insisted it's nothing personal, but the stance prompted a public scolding from "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell.

"I think that by ignoring the show you're ignoring the audience who put you there," Cowell said Tuesday.

Clarkson has become a major star in the past year, with her hit "Since U Been Gone" earning both massive sales and critical respect, particularly from a rock community that has looked upon "American Idol" contestants warily. Her album "Breakaway" earned a Grammy nomination for best pop vocal album.

Yet it may have cost her a good relationship with the nation's most popular talent show.

"American Idol" must obtain permission from owners of song licenses before the music can be used on the show. While many love the exposure, some artists like to rigidly control use of their music.

Clarkson is not allowing any of her songs to be licensed for other uses, said Roger Widynowski, a spokesman for Sony BMG. "It has nothing to do with 'Idol,' " he said.

The show's executive producer, Nigel Lythgoe, said he requested songs to be used on this year's show. He said he's not even sure Clarkson herself is aware of the situation.

Before "Breakaway," Clarkson fired Simon Fuller, the "American Idol" creator, as her manager, saying that although he is a "great guy," she needed someone who could give her career more attention. She teamed with Swedish hitmaker Max Martin on "Since U Been Gone."

It's the same delicate position faced by countless other musicians through show biz history, wanting to break away and show artistic independence without alienating those who gave them their start.

Cowell said he hoped Clarkson would let her music be used on "American Idol."

"No matter how talented Kelly Clarkson is, she would not be in the position she's in now without winning this show," he said. "And forget the way she feels about us or the producers or anybody else, or the terrible songwriters she alleges she was with which sold her millions of records.

"It's the public who bothered to pick up the phone to vote for her," he said. "If she refuses to give songs to be used on the show, it's like saying to every person who voted for you, 'You know what? Thank you. I'm not interested in you anymore.' "

With the seemingly unquenchable public interest in "American Idol," it's not like the show really needs Clarkson. But she's plainly the best example producers can point to as proof that they can open the door to wish fulfillment.

Sony's Widynowski said he would not comment on Cowell's remarks.

Clarkson, in an interview with The Associated Press last year, said she knows she'll always be identified as an "American Idol," and she has no problems with that.

"That's where I got my start," she said. "They always talk about the big first thing that you did. I think the only thing that I do mind is I don't want people to only focus on that."

For his part, Cowell said, "I don't like this, when they walk away from the show and kind of forget."

hmmm this is a tough one because if I were Kelly I would not want them to use my song either! I honestly would hate for one of my songs to end up in the hands of someone like William Hung or some ya-hoo who wants to just get on TV and butchers my song. So I agree with her on that.

Paris Pees in a Cab

A Hawaiian taxi driver, Harden Jamison told gossip tabloid The National Enquirer that the socialite was so drunk she peed in his cab. Paris Hilton's publicists threatened Jamison over the allegations reacting him to come forward with the incident. Paris and her boyfriend Stavros Niarchos along with her posse got into the cab after a night of wild partying in Maui.

The driver claims he had to mop up the mess with a towel and plans to use that as DNA evidence. He said:

"They were all drunk and abusive. I kicked them out and flagged down a cop."

The cab driver also claims a member of Hilton's entourage offered him $200 for the pee soaked towel. A spokesperson for the Simple Life star denies the story.

Hilton Looks Dumb on Deposition

Paris Hilton's intellect is in question after one internet news site obtained a copy of the socialite's deposition in connection with a defamation lawsuit filed last year. Zeta Graff, the ex-girlfriend of Hilton's former boyfriend Paris Latsis, claimed Hilton planted lies about her in New York Post gossip column Page Six and filed for extensive damages. According to Graff's suit, Hilton fabricated a fight she had with the diamond heiress at a London club in the article, claiming Graff went "berserk" and allegedly attacked her.
