I'm contemplating buying another breast pump (one to leave at work and one to leave at home). I currently have the Medela Pump in Style which I LIKE but don't LOVE. It seems kind of slow.
Has anyone tried both the Pump in Style AND the Pump in Style Advanced? Should I spend the extra $ on getting the Advanced? Is it much faster? What are the other differences?
Thank you.

I LOVE my PISA, but I have nothing to compare it to, it's all I've ever used! (I pump 3x's a day at work and once at night).
The PISA spends the first two minutes of each pumping cycle in a let-down mode, with short, frequent suction, then switches to longer, slower suction. It's supposed to mimic a baby's suckling pattern, and I personally found it to be a pretty good facsimile - I missed this feature when I was using other pumps because it really did help me get a good let-down and that meant a more efficient, more effective emptying. So far as I know, that's the only difference. Is their a good friend with children, or a sibling or whatnot who might let you try out their PISA before you buy?

I used both the PIS and PISA and I think the Advanced is definitely worth the extra money.
