10-Year Reunion Help!

Ok, ladies, I need some help. My 10-year high school reunion is coming up within a month and I need advice on what to wear. The dress code is dressy casual and it's at a really nice hotel in the evening so I'm leaning toward little black dress. The thing is, I had a baby 2 months ago so my body is not quite where I want it so I have no idea how I should dress. Any ideas, help?!? TIA!!

Maybe a little black dress with an empire type waist? Or how about some nice satiny (or otherwise dressy) pants with an empire waist top? Those are really in right now. Oh and some high heels.

ETA: Nordstroms has a whole section online just dedicated to "little black" (http://store.nordstrom.com/category/cat_boutique-medium.asp?category=2376776~2374327~2374331~600176 5~6001769&origin=dressesdd) dresses! You can also search by body type on that website which is really nice/useful IMO.

Found a dress today! It's a little black silk Anne Klein number that looks pretty good on me. Plus I got a great deal, half off $170! Thanks for the help!
