Aside from being quite expensive, I notice no difference when I use it in cooking. Its supposed to be much better for you, so I guess I will keep paying the price. :)

Thanks, dragonfly28602! :) I, too, noticed the price of it...DH almost couldn't believe it...but I showed him the price of the "good" olive oils. Yeah, that's why my olive oil comes from Aldi's. ;)
