On the Border Catering

I searched first, didn't see any threads on this already that I could find...

Has anyone used On the Border Catering? I am curious to see if you found you'd ordered too much food, too little, wished you'd had something else entirely, etc.

The school I taught at used OTB quite often. Basically we just told them how many people and they gave us a set price per person and provided food, chips & hot sauce and tea. Plus the plates, forks, etc. We always had a lot of food left over. They typically ordered fajitas for us.

My family has used them a time or two with no problems. We always just stated how many people (usually 15-25), they charge a set price per person and you get all the food. I find that we usually have some left over but it's usually pretty close. Some people eat less and some eat more so as long as you provide an accurate head count, you'll be okay. We've never ordered anything but fajitas.
