Las Vegas brides?

I'm the MOH for my best friend who's lived in Vegas since elementary school. Anyway, she's trying to find out what reasonable reception costs are there. My wedding was in TN, so when she compared our cost to her cost, it was very misleading.

Her reception is at a golf course country club kind of place if that helps any too. Do you mind sharing your Las Vegas reception cost per head, so she can figure out a fair estimate? Thanks!

I think that's a tough one to call. First, we'd need to know the size of her guest list and the type of reception she's considering. For example, I went off the strip (nearly 3 years ago) and got an all inclusive package for 50 for $3K. I doubt I'd get ANYWHERE near that if I'd gone with a country club or golf course package.

Try sharing as much as you can about her actual reception and maybe open up the thread to West Coasters might giver her a more accurate picture. Just PM a mod if you want the title changed to include other states/cities.
