I used daisies for my wedding in June 2002. While I chose not to use them in my bouquet, I did use them on the tables, for my bridesmaids & flower girls, and so on. Here are some photos:

I actually had a daisy themed wedding! They weren't just used as our flowers, we had them on the invites, programs, cake topper, and gave out daisy seeds as favors!

The ceremony setup. We had two huge gerbera daisy topiaries with a scroll arch adorned with more daisies in the middle.
