DS is almost 12 months. A couple months ago he started screaming. Just a high pitched blood curdling top of the lungs scream. No crying, just screaming. Some people would laugh, some would roll their eyes but I just figured it was him exercising his voice. But lately it seems all he does it scream, scream, scream, I don't know what he wants, the things that used to appease him don't anymore. Short of holding him every second of the day he will just scream. Even when he wakes up in the morning or from a nap he used to amuse himself in his crib occassionally whining, but now he just wakes up with this constant scream. By the end of the day I have a headache and we no longer venture out to take him anywhere. Restaraunts (even noisy ones) are out of the question cause he won't stop screaming.
Anyone else? What did you do? Please tell me it's just a phase! :(
