Vitex for Irregular Cycles???

Hey everyone,

I came off the pill in November and my body has yet to get regular. Someone on another board recommended taking Vitex to regulate your cycle. I was wondering if anyone here takes Vitex and if so has it worked for you.

Also, would it be best to wait till my next cycle starts before I start taking it??

I took Vitex and got PG after the cycle of it (after 1.5 years of trying). I would wait until CD1 to start and there is 2 theories on how long to take it - until ovulation, or until the start of AF again. I did the first to be on the safe side since you aren't supposed to take while PG.

If you can talk to a naturopath that might help too!
