relish tray?

I'm supposed to bring a relish tray for Easter. What can I put on it besides olives?

My grandma always did black and green olives, pickled beets, and a couple of varieties of baby pickles. You could also add gardineira, which is pickled cauliflower and peppers and other veggies.

I like them with an Italian twist--salami, artichoke hearts, pepperocini, etc. . . in addition to the olives, pickled veggies, etc. . .
