Do you have any experiance with laser hair removal? If you do, Please share. :)

What area did you have done?
How much did that area cost?
How many sessions did it take to get decent results?
Was there discomfort? if so, how much/how long?

TIA!!

I've been working on laser hair removal for my underarms. I used to have a 5 o'clock shadow there everyday (not good in the summer), and of all things, cowlicks (so waxing was painful and drawn out). So far I've had 4 sessions of laser removal (they say it takes 5-7 treatments) and there is already a significant reduction in hair. I can actually shave every couple of days now instead of every freaking morning. The sessions are $50 each, so I'm looking at a total of around $300 by the time I'm done, but I figure waxing costs around that much and you have to do it every month. As far as pain, it feels a little like a bunch of little electric shocks (basically one for every hair) and there may be a little redness for about an hour afterwards, but definitely less painful than waxing. The worst part is not being able to use deodorant the day you have it done. Hope this helps!
