Best Day Spas in Houston??

I am looking to buy a full day at the spa for a friend, but dont know which are good. I have only been to Urban Retreat. What do you all recommend? Thanks in advance!

The best day spa I've been to in Houston is, hands down, Trellis at The Houstonian.

I second Trellis and will raise you Persona Day Spa :p

I do love Trellis a lot, the opened the day after our wedding :( Boo! But I have been there since and love it. I'd love to stay there for a weekend and get a couples massage....must talk to DH!
