I'm so upset right now. I figured this would be a good place to vent/beg for help.

When Princess was a kitten I had problems with her peeing on dirty clothes. I quickly learned to keep my clothes baskets out of her reach and the problem stopped.

A little over a month ago we got our kitten Griffin. Things have been going really well. However in this past week someone has been peeing AND pooping in the living room. I didn't think Princess would ever poop and not cover it...that is until I CAUGHT her doing it! I've caught her mid-pee a time or two as well! She's not even trying to hide it.

So we blocked that room off thinking it would stop. But about 20 minutes ago we found pee behind the chair in another room. She did it right when we were standing in the next room!

I thought about it, and realized that Griffin just finished using her litterbox. When he poops he doesn't cover it, and that's just what he did in her box.

So I'm thinking she's pissed (ha - pun intended right) about him using her box.

My question is, how do I keep him out of her box? They are kept in separate rooms but I'm afraid to shut the door to the room her box is in. She used to meow at the door but I'm afraid now she just might pee on the floor. I don't know what to do. I'm sick of cleaning up bathroom all the time. This is why I don't have dogs!
