Is there anyone else here who would like to chat about outdoor activities and places they've visited that are for the outdoor enthusiasts? What activities do you enjoy? Does your DH do them as well?
I'll start. DH and I really love the outdoors. This year we are taking up rock climbing and today was our first time going outdoors. We've been practicing indoors for several weeks now. Real rock is a lot different than the gym's walls.
We are also getting back into kayaking. There's several rivers around here that we are hoping to try this year. The biggest problem we found is that you need two cars to carry the boats because all the rivers around here do not have shuttles except for one. Luckily one of our friend's will be getting a kayak this year so we can do this together.
We've also gone canyoneering, rappelling and zip lining on our vacations.
