I saw that this morning and wanted to start a thread in news/politics but couldn't figure out how to link to a video. :o

This action by the daycare is a violation of the ADA (as the video states). I imagine a lawsuit is forthcoming.

Funny thing is, the daycare probably has that policy to avoid being sued if a child were to have a severe reaction.

I just saw that on CNN at the gym this morning...funny thing is that it happened right here at a Day Care right by my house.

I have a severe nut allergy and will die if I eat any nut. I can't imagine being kicked out of pre-school for it. Everyone just knew not to feed my anything with nuts.
