I know I've seen a lot of people post about how great Baby OxiClean works. How does it do with stains on clothes that have already gone through the dryer? TIA!

I can't answer the original question, but I have heard you can sun out set in stains. Obviously, the sun will also fade colors, so you'd be best using this method on things like onesies. I intend to try it with ours.

It worked for me! I washed a bunch of clothes with poop stains on them before I heard of Oxyclean Baby and when I used it, the stains came out. I made sure to soak them as long as I could before washing.

I made sure to soak them as long as I could before washing. You just soak them in the washing machine full of water and Baby OxiClean before adding detergent?
the stuff works like a charm for us! i usually run ds's clothes in the washer spraying stains with zout 1st. then, if i notice stains either before or after drying that haven't come out with the stain spray, i soak them in the sink with baby oxiclean for a few hours, then run them in the next wash load.
i also always add a scoop in the washer with whites. (some tough stains on whites still need to soak in the sink with add'l oxi, then be re-washed in the washer)

I add a scoop to every load of DS's clothes that I wash (I also wash all of his stuff together on warm). It has gotten out eery single stain I've thrown at it. Baby Oxyclean is a godsend.

I've never seen Baby Oxy Clean - only regular. Where have you ladies found it?

I can only find it at babies r us..and I've looked everywhere - Target, Walmart - no one carries it.
I love it - If DD gets a stain..prunes, poop, puke, whatever...I usually soak it with a small scoop in a sink of warm water before it sets...so far, I've been able to get out everything. I also throw a scoop in with each wash - if I know I've got a lot of really dirty clothes - I will choose to do a soak cycle before washing.

i just folded some burp cloths that were soaked in oxiclean free yesterday, and man, are they clean. i've used oxiclean before and wasn't impressed. i think the soaking is the key. these burp cloths were pretty nasty and i let them soak for about 4 hours then threw them in the wash with another scoop of oxiclean and they look great. even better than when i've bleached them.
btw, not sure what the difference is between oxiclean baby and oxiclean free. i use "free" detergents for all our laundry b/c i think the "baby" stuff is a scam.

i get it at target, i think it's in a weird spot though, not with the other oxy, but with the baby stuff. i don't know what this stuff is made of, but i have to stand back whenever i open the container, it totally burns to inhale it.

I get mine at Target, it's with the detergent. I don't use the "baby" one becasue it is NOT free of fragrance, I use the "free" and it works great!
