Do I need to bring a gift?

I usually bring a bottle of wine or something whenever I go to a party, but I'm not sure about this one...
one of my coworkers is getting married, and the bosses are throwing an engagement party at their home. I am contributing to the group gift for the marrying couple, but should I also bring wine or another gift for the host/hostess? Thanks, all!

Depending on the relationship you have with the coworker, if she/he is a person you see alot of I would bring a bottle of wine. I always bring wine when invited somewhere but depending on the situation I dress it up differently. Someone I really do not know I just add a bow to it. If it is a special occasion I make a basket up for it. I think an engagement party is usually pretty classy so I would bring a bottle in a nice gift bag.
