Good Morning
I am trying to find directions to cook hulled barely. I always use quick barely but recently picked up some organic hulled. Does any one have the water to barley ratio and time? TIA!
edited to add- I found it! Searched all morning and could not find it did one quick search after posting and found it.
FYI
GRAIN (1 cup dry)...Cups Water...Cook Time......Cups Yield
Barley, pearled.............3..............50-60 min.......3 1/2
Barley, hulled...............3...............1 hr 15 min......3 1/2
