Planning a baby shower - Need ideas please!

I am planning a baby shower for my sister in April. Over this last weekend i booked the location.

Okay, so we have the location and the menu... It's a served sit down lunch.

Grilled Chicken on Croissant
Pasta Primavera Salad
Fresh Fruit Salad
Coffee, tea, Soda, champagne punch (i'm going to get her a bottle of sparkling cider!)

So foods taken care of.

I can't seem to come up with a theme to pull everything together. She is naming her daughter Audrey (after Audrey Hepburn) and i was hoping to tie that in somehow.

Can anyone help? I could really use some clever ideas! Can't wait to hear what everyone comes up with!

Well, the movie I know Audry Hepburn in is Breakfast at Tiffany's. What if you did a "Lunch at XX" and a b&w photo of your sister or the ultrasound or something.

I don't really know if that's completely "baby" but it could be cute. You could do a movie theme throughout the shower. Maybe games could be to identify baby related movies based on a still. I'm not sure of a favor, but food always works well :)

She also did Roman Holiday and won an Oscar for it. You could do a red carpet theme. A bonus would be that much of that stuff is probably on sale at the party stores since it's after all the Oscar parties. Have fun!
