Soap making?

I've just started learning to make soap and haven't found much good advice that doesn't also include a lot of dangerous advice. I've found one board at http://www.soaporific.com, but it seems not to be used.

watchy - That's my site!! I just set it up this weekend because I started soapmaking. Feel free to join and I'll start adding material this week. I took a cold process and hot process class Saturday, so I got busy. How long have you been making soap?
