Hi Ladies,

I just posted this on weddingchannel also. I really need your help. We live in Texas but my husband's job is relocating us to jersey city. He will be working at The Exchange I believe. We know nothing about this area and we currently have a 1 year old and another on the way. So this is such a scary move for us (we are not much risk takers). We decided to rent for a year so I've been looking at apts on the web and they are starting to sound alike. We would like something close to his job but our top priorities are safety and kid friendly. Does anybody have any recommendations? Thank you so much. Oh...we also have a dog but she is very little. :)

i would definitely pick hoboken over jersey city.. JC still has alot of shady areas.. hoboken is MUCH more kid-friendly! you can check out http://hobokenfamily.org there are dog parks in hoboken too!

I know you posted this a while back, but just in case you need more information. I live in Downtown Jersey City, but have lived in the area (Hudson county) for a really long time. So if you need info on JC or even Hoboken, drop me a line.
