participation guidelines...

* choose whether you want to be in the bagged or loose tea swap (we will close the swap at 10)
* you will need to compile 10 samples (3 cups worth) to send to the organizer with $5 to cover the Priority Shipping by TBA date - mixed samples are acceptable
* all samples should be labeled with the name of the tea and the company (website if applicable), brewing instructions and your name
* all samples should be well sealed and if necessary, double bagged to keep the aroma isolated so it won't "contaminate" other teas
* reminder, this is not an opportunity to clear out old teas (if you wish, you can offer them up to others as an extra - label appropriately)

So if i were in the bagged swap, that would be 3 bags per 10 people, so 30 bags total?
And I guess the idea is try to find something different and unique?

Okay, we have three openings left in each. Once we get to ten in each category, we'll give you two weeks to get your packets to us and then we'll ship. So we should all have new tea to try within the month. And please, keep in mind, this isn't the time to clear out the cupboards of old tea (but if you have extras or flavors you've found you don't like, just post it here and I'm sure someone would be willing to try it - I passed on some chocolate and some cream last swap)

firstly, I really have to apologize for the delay here. I was sick over the weekend and yesterday, and totally forgot to package everything up. However, I just finished it all and it will go out first thing tomorrow morning (weds).

Apparently, one of the people who signed up (Spelken) never sent any tea, and never responded to any of my emails/posts, and that had seriously confused me.

Thus, we all wound up sending enough tea to cover the whole group including Spelken, so there was one extra sample per person - so I just added that extra sample to your package. Thus, you got one of each participant's sample, and one of your own!

Again, sorry for the delay and confusion! Enjoy the tea!
