My MIL's 50th birthday is on Saturday at 6pm (so you get an idea of what people will be wanting to eat). We're ordering food from Oscar's if you're familiar with that chain. This is what FIL was planning on getting, let me know if you think it's too much, not enough, or something else. Around 50 people will be there (46 have RSVPed so far). TIA!

Lemon chicken for 20
BBQ ribs for 20
2 - 12" pizzas
80 breadsticks
caesar/greek salad for 40

tub of potato salad from Costco (5 lbs I believe)
two large veggie trays (Costco)
fruit tray (Costco)
sandwich tray (Costco)
sheet cake (Costco)

beer, wine and soda (I'm not worried about quantities here since FIL always buys too much)

Does that seem like enough or too much? I think people will be expecting dinner since it starts at 6:00. The evite just says food & drinks. Is there anything else we're forgetting?

I feel bad that I'm not making anything since I usually do but it'll be hard to transport something that can be left in my car for a day so MIL doesn't see it (it's a surprise party) or to make something after she leaves the day of the party.
