I just need to vent!
We own some property and have been working on tearing down the house that is already there. This is very rural, farming community, so seing animals out and about is common. There is a house next to our property (that really needs torn down too) and the people had this cute little puppy named Floyd. Well, we heard thru the grapevine that these people were moving. To say the least we were happy! Well, DH was out there yesterday to do some work, and lo and behold, they are gone, but poor Floyd is still there!! I'm so ticked!! He's such a sweet dog!
We're going to get him next time we are out there and take him to the Humane society, which I hate to do because they are not a no kill shelter. But what choice do we have? We can't keep him (we have a dog and 3 cats already!!).
These people just tick me off!! If they do this to their dog, I can only imagine what they might do their little girl!
