I bought the Littermaid Mega less than 2 years ago. Within the first 6 months it broke. I contacted Littermaid and they sent me a new one. I figured it must have been a fluke, but now this one is broken as well.:mad: I'm so frustrated! I called my local PetSmart and they told me to just bring in the broken model and they would give me a gift card in the amount I originally paid for it since I don't have a receipt. I'm grateful for that. I am still going to need a new litterbox though and I really don't trust Littermaid anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions on self cleaning litter boxes?
