Hi - I'm wondering if anyone can give us some good suburb ideas for relocating to the Denver area. There is a really good chance my DH will be getting a much wanted job transfer (outside medical sales) to Denver. We can pretty much live anywhere, but I've been given some areas to look at by a Denver realtor: Highlands Ranch, Parker, southeast Aurora. Does anyone have opinions or ideas on these or other areas?? We'd like kid-friendly areas with nice parks, etc. We are relocating from southern California, and lucky for us, price isn't really an issue. We are going to be able to afford our dream house (pretty much), so I'm really trying to concentrate on area.

I will preface this with I haven't lived in Denver for a few years but here is what I know...Englewood is a nice area and it is just west of Aurora, just barely south of Denver, this is where I lived. Be very careful with Aurora some areas are very bad. If you want dream houses Cherry Hill has the best schools in the area and the biggest, most gorgeous houses. Good luck with the move. :)

From my limited knowledge, Highlands Ranch and Parker are both nice places to live. It's lucky that price isn't an issue for you, because I believe those places are significantly higher in price. Lots of nice homes though.
Good luck!
