Anyone ever try this program?
I'm looking in to joining and wanted to know if anyone had any experience?
Thanks

I tried it for about six months a couple of years ago. They were always making additions and improvements to the site, so I'm not sure what it looks like now, but my big issue was that it took forever to customize the menus for my own taste. They have a lot of great recipes and a wide variety of meals, but if I had followed their menu plans my grocery bill would've been $$$. They do have an option for you to make every meal the same for a week (if you're the type to eat the same breakfast every day, for example), but I like more variety than that, but not as much as they were giving me, KWIM?
The other issue I had was that my metabolism takes a long time to adjust to changes in my diet, but their software doesn't recognize that, so when I didn't lose much weight for the first few weeks, it kept reducing my calories until I was starving. But I imagine that doesn't happen often.
In general I thought it was easy to use and helpful, but it just wasn't for me. Now I use Fitday (http://www.fitday.com), which is free, and is more low-pressure (but it's too low-pressure for some people).
