Any Registered Nurses here?

As always, I'm totally torn about what I want to do when I "grow up!" Is anyone an RN? What kind of experiences have you had with it? What do you dislike about it? How easy has it been to find a job? How flexible are your hours (more in a year to year basis than month to month)?
