I'm hosting a valentines dinner party this weekend, and I'm looking for some ideas on how to make the evening entertaining? If I don't have have anything really planned, I know the boys will pull out the playstation!! I really want it to be a classy, fancy evening without video games!!

Try good ol fashion Board Games, such as:
Scrabble
Trivial Pursuit
Sorry
Chutes and Ladders
This way the "boys" will be able to compete, but not play video games. My personal favorite is Trivial Pursuit, and then make teams between couples or the all time favorite of "men vs. women."
It may not be as classy as you are looking for, but it is better than Madden 06.

St. Valentine was a martyr. I read it here. (http://justus.anglican.org/resources/bio/100.html) :)

What about doing chocolate fondue for dessert? That is a fun activity that gets the whole group involved. And you could follow the old rule that anyone who drops their food in the fondue gets a kiss!
how about a chocolate fountain (http://www.chocolatefountainsales.com/)? :)

Chocolate fountains are great!
How about playing "Hearts" (cardgame) ?
Maybe while playing an old fashion romance on tv like Dr. Zhivago.

Hide the TV remote and the play station games/controllers. Decide on some music - maybe old classics and romantic tunes like Frank Sinatra and such mixed in with some new ones. Make sure it's playing early so it's on when guests arrive.
Foodwise - You could do all fondue. It doesn't work as well with a ton of people, but you can make it as elegant as you want (marinated steak, shrimp, etc.). I've got some great recipes if you want. Or you could do an elegant appetizer spread.
Alcoholwise - You could create a special "drink of the night" and call it something Valentine-ish. Have other stuff on hand too, but start everyone out with this one - no matter what the boys say push it into their hands. Here's one I googled:
Strawberry Kiss
1 oz Tequila Rose
1/2 oz light rum
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1 oz half and half
Dessertwise - You could do chocolate covered strawberries or a cheesecake. Something rich and decadent should be in order for a Valentine party.
Gamewise - You might not need a game if you are having a good time, but a back up could be something like this. I'm not sure how well your couple friends get along, but you could ask each other these love related questions:

Otherwise, our back up drinking game is Catch Phrase.
ETA - Oops! Just saw you're pregnant. Maybe you could make something non-alcoholic such as sparkling cider with a raspberry and make up your own Valentine name for it. :)
