Our golden knife is a Global 6" chef. Is is "the knife" and used for everything. DH's birthday is next week and I'd like to add to our knife collection. What would be the next addition?
I'm considering the Global 7" Santoku. But really I don't know what to buy exactly. :o
I think DH is also interested in some sort of knife block, but I'm not sure what is the best for that...
