What on earth should I get my son's classmates for Valentine's Day? I really don't want to get the box cards with a sucker. The kids range from about 18 months to 2 yrs. Any ideas?? Creative? Practical? TIA!
OH! There are 13 children in the class :)

Could you ask your DS to color or draw a picture that you can then scan into the computer and make up your own little cards for your son's classmates.

Some novelty candy and a little note saying they're from your son?
These are kind of cute - but you'd have to buy one extra. (http://www.theonlinecandyshop.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=683&HS=1)
These are kind of cool, too. (http://www.theonlinecandyshop.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=682)
I have a feeling I'm going to be spending a LOT of time at this website! (http://www.theonlinecandyshop.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=707)
In any event, the place is called The Online Candy Shop (http://www.theonlinecandyshop.com/), and they have a lot of neat stuff under the Novelty section.
Let us know what you decide?? :)

Maybe you could find a bunch of cheapy Valentine's Day books to give... The inscription could be a little Valentine Day poem to the child from your son. At least you would save a little on not having to buy cards! Or you could wrap the book in a bundle with ribbon and attach a card to the bow.
This one is $3.99 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0679888993/104-7525401-7024755?n=283155), but maybe you could find it, or similar books, cheaper IRL some where.
If you don't want to spend quite so much money, maybe you could do a box of animal crackers with an animal-themed VDay card..

I thought these were really cute and they are $4.95 for 12, so unfortunately, you'd have to buy an extra dozen, but still, soooo cute! :D

You might want to ask direction from the teachers. I know our school is very strict and discourages parents from going all out because it can make other children uncomfortable. THat being said I love the duckies:D

I loved the ducks! Very cute ;) I think I am going to do bubble and attach a label that has a Valentine's Day message from DS. Thanks for all the ideas!
