DD is 4 months old and was doing pretty good with her night time routine. She would take a couple of good naps and then go to bed at 7:30 or 8 and then waking in the morning around 7....until she started daycare. Now, she doesn't take an afternoon nap and wants to go to bed at 5 (as soon as I pick her up). I have tried to wake her after about an hour or so, but she wants nothing of it. So her night time routine is completely thrown off and she wants to get up SOOOO early now. What can I do? I asked her daycare to work on her afternoon naps, but it is almost impossible to get her to sleep if she doesn't want to. I think it is just so loud and so much going on at her daycare that she doesn't want to sleep.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I would really like DD to stay awake for a little while after I pick her up since that is the only time I get to spend with her during the week....plus we will be starting solids in a month or two and I want to be able to do it at night.
