Maybe this just peeves me, not sure, but sometimes I can't STAND when a celebrity it out and about & caught on film wearing some average every day clothing.

For example....Jessica Simpson.

She was spotted wearing a pair of Victoria's Secret Pink sweatpants...and now they are sold out everywhere and being sold on ebay for triple their normal sale price (not because of bidding but actual starting prices).

The clothes I once could afford comfortably are skyrocketing because some celeb. was spotted wearing the outfit :(

There is a second of "coolness" when you see something that perhaps you already own being worn by a celeb. But I wish they would stick to their upscale boutiques.....lol :)

The bidding on those VS sweatpants are insane. I was lucky, I found mine right before the big craze hit and was able to get them at the store. My sister had a pair on backorder on the VS website for weeks before hers came.

I agree though, it does get pretty crazy. I'm a regular on a celeb fashion board, and these girls were going insane on buying Fruit of the Loom sweatpants that Jessica Simpson was seen wearing. They were turning around and selling them and making a huge profit, it's so silly.

well, gee...I am glad Ihave had my pink sweatpants since christmas. I love em! I guess I won't be getting another pair though. :(

you can still get the sweatpants on the VS website. They're on sale for 22. They are on backorder, so you have to wait about 3 weeks, but heck, why not.

Go to a printer that does monogramming or screenprints of Tees and Sweats and have him make you some... LOL ... the rhinestones are a breeze to put on!

Well Jessica must have seen me with thos NIKE SHOX on... I had them first...... She is such a wannabe!!! LOL.....
