So since I'm missing the auditions for the next season, and I probably wouldn't make the show anyway, I thought I'd start Constant Chatter's very own Biggest Loser Club.
I'd like to hear from all of you what we should include in the club. I know the people on the show work out 3 hours a day. I would probably be able to do this, or at least work up to it. Does anyone have any idea what they eat?
Does anyone have the book? Any good tips we should include?
Do we weigh in each week on the same day?
I'm thinking about doing a new challenge each week like no soda, drinking more water, trying a new workout, etc.
