So since I'm missing the auditions for the next season, and I probably wouldn't make the show anyway, I thought I'd start Constant Chatter's very own Biggest Loser Club.

I'd like to hear from all of you what we should include in the club. I know the people on the show work out 3 hours a day. I would probably be able to do this, or at least work up to it. Does anyone have any idea what they eat?

Does anyone have the book? Any good tips we should include?

Do we weigh in each week on the same day?

I'm thinking about doing a new challenge each week like no soda, drinking more water, trying a new workout, etc.

I'd love to hear all of your suggestions on how to get this started, what we should do each week?

Great idea! DH and I work out every day to the Biggest Loser workout DVD and I would totally recommend it to anyone. It's definitely a workout but not hard enough that you can't finish it. Plus, the contestants from the show are the ones on the DVD and it's filmed in the middle of the show, so they are still pretty heavy (which is a nice change from the skinny models on most workout DVDs!)

Just a suggestion to anyone looking for a good workout DVD.

DH ordered for me for Christmas from NBC.com, but my mom just bought it at Wal-Mart for $8.88. Her store was out so she bought it online. I think Amazon has it, too.

I love it, and this is coming from someone who HATES to exercise with a passion (mostly b/c I'm out of shape and have terrible knee problems.)

We work out to it every day too! There is a sample menu from Jillian and Bob for each of their philosophies on the biggest loser website.
