Girls Night Get Together

I am interested in having a little get together at my house girls only and I am looking for ideas on themes, food, entertainment. I love to host things and throw parties and I have a annual girls night out X-mas party with food, games, gift exchange,etc. But thats easy to plan because the theme is in itself. So I just want to have a random get together but would like to be able to organize it with a theme behind it. It would be around 12 girls. TIA

Thanks ladies that is a great idea and sounds like lots of fun, except for this specific get together I was going to include my mom and a few aunts and they aren't into that, personally they don't know what their missing:)

How about a Wine Tasting Party? You could play jazz and eat wine country foods.

How about a Gourmet Pizza Party? You provide the toppings and everyone makes their own. I'm not sure what program I saw it on, but on food network, they had a party like this where they cooked the pizzas on an outdoor grill. Play some Italian bistro music, serve wine and or beer from obscure labels. There are lots of yummy Italian desserts to serve.

You could do a Casino Night Party . Play poker, blackjack, etc and just serve munchies. Why should the guys have all the fun??

I like those ideas especially the casino night, my family loves to play cards, gamble, etc...I will have to put some thought into this. Thanks
