We had our ceremony on a raised, white linen-covered platform, sprinkled with purple flower petals. On the platform, we had a brass arch, woven with greenery and a big arrangement at the top. The arch was flanked by giant gerbera daisy topiaries that we constructed with the help of our florist. Also, to one side, we had a small round white linen-covered table for our unity candle.

Of course, none of the photos I have really show off the look of the ceremony all that well, but you'll get the idea:

The aisles were absolutely BEAUTIFUL.
You can hardly tell from this picture, but lots of stargazer lillies, and then some greens. Then there was some tulle to "rope off" the aisle seats, the guests had to go in through the other side, because the aisle runner was down already.

My not so elaborate huppah. It was reasonably priced and my florist did an excellent job (IMO).

I got married in an interfaith ceremony in a quaker meeting house(as neutral as we could get it). I loved the gothic look and dark wood of the meeting room against the stark white of the huppah.

i'm making my own pomanders for the church pews... the "church lady" is adamant about the "les is more" rule, so i'm only allowed to place a pomander every 4 pews... which is fine - i doubt ppl will remember anyways...

i'm making total of 20... at my slow as a snail pace, it's a good thing my wedding isnt until May...
