Hello all!
My DH is gone this week due to work, so I thought it'd be a good week to jumpstart a new eating regime (no sweets in the house with him gone!).
I have always been a definite "apple" shape--my waist and love handles have always measured significantly larger than they should. . . .in fact, lots of times, it's the same as my hips!
Even when I lose 20 or 30 lbs, my love handles are still prominent, as is my stomach. (In other words. . . . I can slide on a size 8 for my legs. . . . but need a 12 in the waist!)
I know that the only thing to do is loads of cardio, for all over fat loss. . . . . but is there anything specific I should/shouldn't eat to help lose my gut and love handles?
Thanks so much!!
