Where To Stay In Panama City Beach?

DH and I are planning to go on vacation to Panama City Beach either the last week in July or first week in August. We've both been to Panama City pretty much every year since we were little... sometimes more than once a year. We know most of the hotels and condos and have stayed at many of them, but I'm curious as to where you ladies stay/have stayed when you go to PCB. Any recommendations? What did you like/dislike about the hotel/condiminium you stayed at? Has anyone stayed at Sunbird Suites Condiminiums? We're leaning toward staying there, but know little about it.
