please help me find this necklace...

i am looking for a two-stranded, very fine gold chain necklace with a little "o" in the middle of each strand. the top strand is about 15" or 16" (almost a choker) and the second chain hangs slightly lower at around 18". it looks like two identical chains of differing lengths, but i believe it is a single necklace. the chains have no pendant or adornment, except for a single, tiny gold circle that is attached in the center of each (but not as a "dangle").

if anyone watches the cbs tv show "close to home", both annabeth and maureen have been seen wearing these. i absolutely love this, and have been all over the internet tring to find something similar. i am not even certain how to search online for this item!

i found a similar, inexpensive silver version of this, with open hearts instead of circles, but i really want a gold one with the circles. please help if you can!
