I'm looking for something low or no sugar to drink during the day at work, but artificial sweeteners give me migraines. I can't have aspartame, sucralose, Splenda, or any of that stuff. Does anyone know of any drinks or drink mixes that fit this description? I'm really sick of plain water.

I sometimes do a sparkling mineral water with a splash of cranberry. The key is to add just a little of the juice.

Nope. when you find out tell me. ;)
The best I can come up with is iced tea without any sweetener.

would making hot tea make the water more palatable?

Have you tried fructose? It's a little bit stronger (for lack of a better word  ) than regular table sugar, so you get less calories for the same sense of sweetness. Plus it's natural.

I add lemon or lime juice to my water..... that's about all I drink at home (I can handle plain water at work because it it super cold)

Iced herbal teas in yummy flavors like Rasberry Fields. I like the ones by Celestial Seasonings. I take four tea bags and put them in a pitcher full of water, refrigerate over night and it's good to go.
I can't handle the artificial sweeteners due to migraines as well.

We do the seltzer with fresh lemon or lime juice. All the fizz, none of the sugar. :)

You could try the tea ideas that were suggested here, but add a little bit of stevia. It's a natural (plant-based) sweetener that you can buy at health food stores, etc.

The Republic of Tea (http://www.republicoftea.com/templates/directory.asp?navID=65) has some delicious non-sweetened iced teas. It's a little more, but you're definitely paying for quality.
I generally drink my iced tea without sweetner, so I'm used to the taste, but this tea really is THE best.

I buy a lot of flavored seltzer, my favorite is berry flavored but I also like orange. It's not sweet at all, but it tricks you into thinking it's sweet because it comes in flavors that are usually sweet, if that makes sense at all.

I like the flavored seltzers as well. Canada Dry has some good ones, like Lime and Raspberry.

I'm a fan of adding a little fruit juice to my water...either sparkling or still.
