Stinky Pants- I told me DH that we need to come up with another nickname, I don't think when our DD is 13 years old she will appreciate being called Stinky Pants!:p
We have so many!
DS's name is Jackson. When he was a baby, we called him Baby Jackson, then BJ, then Beej. Now, he calls himself Gigi so that's what we call him. We also call him Buddy sometimes.
DD was Sister, then she became Sister Handmuncher, then Crusty the Baby, and now DS calls her Gaga so we all call her Gaga.

Mr. Squirms (and every variation of Squirms imaginable)
Luker Pooker
Love Monkey
We got scared that he thought Mr. Squirms was his name for a while. He'd turn his head for Mr. Squirms but not his own name.

what is it about "pumpkin" that makes it such a popular choice? :p
aside from pumpkin, theres punky, punkin, stinkerbell, and boo. I also make up new ones daily but those seem to be the ones I use most consistently.

I often call my son FLUB-A-DUB-CHUB - my friend wrote a children's book with this character in it over the last few years, and it just kinda stuck in my head. Both my son and her book were released at the same time ;).
Also Pumpkin Head, Bugaboo and Buddy.
(my child is going to need *so* much therapy...)

Jerk baby :o (usually said when he has tried to rip off my breast again with the nipple still in his mouth), Fussy McFusserson, Stinker Muffin, and probably the most common one is Sweetheart - not very original.
Dh mostly calls him Sporty which is funny since he is not athletic, watches sports maybe twice a year, and changes the channel when the sports news comes on.
edited to add: just found out my FIL used to call my dh sport so that makes more sense now! Dh also calls ds Little Buddy.
