We're going to the Carribbean in February and I am determined (for once) to feel good about how I look in a bathing suit (or at least a bathing suit and a cover-up!) Beside losing weight, what do you to get ready for the beach?

Exfoiliate whole body with a good body scrub, shave my legs really good..meaning the backs of my thighs..areas I normally don't pay as much attention to, bikini wax, tanning or sunless tan.

Where are you going in Feb? Just wondering..we are going to St. John in March and I cannot wait! :D

We're going to St. John too! I can't wait! Have you been before? We went there on our honeymoon and raved about it so much that my parents are taking us again as a late Christmas present.

Nolagirl We went there on our HM too! And we haven't beeen back since and that was 3.5 yrs ago so I am pumped! Where are you staying? We stay at the Westin Villas because my parents own a timeshare there. If you guys are planning to rent a car and haven't done so yet..do it now!
