I was just kicking around in the beauty section of Nordstrom's website, and I came across a promotion for Lovely Sarah Jessica Parker Eau de Parfum Spray. Who knew she had a perfume coming out?! :cool:

Has anyone by chance heard about it or had an opportunity to smell it? I'll readily admit that I have a girl crush on SJP and am a HUGE fan, so I'm dying to get an opportunity to check this out. :)

I knew it was coming out, but didn't know when. We don't have a Nordstrom's. Wonder if Macy's or Filene's will carry it. I think I might need my 2nd cousin, who works in the perfume section, to get me a sample! :D

I'd heard she was doing one, I think in partnership with Cody??? That doesn't sound like a Nordstroms brand though.

I sniff tested it yesterday. I hate to report this, but I think that it stinks. It reminds me of Shalimar and Chanel 5. It is very strong, very old lady like to me.

I may give it a second chance though, bc I, too, have a crush on SJP.

Thanks for the honest opinion, Krysten. I don't think I'm going to like it very much if it smells anything like Shalimar. I was hoping for something lighter and, like you said, younger, I guess. :(
