Just thought I would start a separate thread so we can figure out what date works best for us, where we should go, etc.

Let's start planning our 4th (can you believe that???) annual V-Day GTG! Everyone and their SO's are welcome, even if you have never met any other CCers before :D Please post if you are interested and what dates are good/no good for you.

Of course, I'm in! January 7 & 14 are out for me, as well as Feb 4. Anyone else?

Only date I can't is Feb 4.

So far it looks like Jan. 28 works for Heather.....I know it works for me...

(Why I thought Heather was Lisa is beyond me!)

This sounds great! Only days we can't is the 7th (twinsitting), 14th, and 21st. maybe the 28th or Feb???

We aren't too busy... I think we are pretty much free anytime. So, I guess just figure out a date and let me know!

I work til 3 on Jan 21st, but we could do dinner that night. Other evenings open are Jan 28th, Feb 11th and Feb 25th.

I'll have to double check the calendar at home but I know I definitely cannot:

January 14, 28, 29 and I have to convince my DH to nail down a time for when we're making our trek down to FL for a week in February.

Ok, I lied... I do have something going on... I can't do January 14th. I'm having surgery on the 11th and don't know how I'll feel. It's nothing serious, if you want to know what it's for, I'll post it in LJ... I don't really want to talk about it here... :o

We are out of town Jan. 20-22. The weekend of Jan 13th probably won't work either. Otherwise we should be available, especially if we can nail down a date soon. :D

Don't plan around us by any means. Plan when the most people can make it. Man I though things settled down after the wedding. I couldn't have been more wrong!

I'm new to the GTG, but I'd love to come!! I can't think of any dates that stick out as "bad" at this time. :D

Well whadya know ;) Now really... I am going up to my parents' house the weekend of the 13th of Jan but it doesn't look like we'll do the gtg that soon :)

Okay I finally know the schedule. For January, I have the following dates open:

January 8, 21 and 22.

In February we'll be gone (driving to Florida) from February 11-19th. I was joking with my DH that he's doing that just to get out of buying me flowers but told him I would take a trip to Florida anyday over any old boquet.;)

Ok, so there are some dates I can't be there... First, is the 14th (because of surgery) and the 21st is my work department holiday party. Any other date should work for me.

How about January 28th???

February should work for us too....

We need to figure out something soon, or January will be here and gone!

January 28th is a no go for me. I'm enrolled in a rubber stamping shoebox swap that's an all day affair. I already put my money in and I can't get it back. Darn being so busy!

In Feb we could do the 11th or the 25th. Are both of those Saturdays?? I'm having a bday party for Greydon on the 18th. His actual bday! The 11th I would think would be pretty busy for places as that's the weekend closest to Valentine's...

As far as January goes, it seems like the 28th works for alot of people. I hate to get you out of it, Nikki, but I'm just looking at dates ;)

Just wanted to say that I would really really love to meet you guys and I'm honestly not trying to ditch another GTG. Maybe if you end up setting a date that I can't be there for (which is completely and totally understandable-there will never be a great date for everyone) we could set up another one in February or I could just plan on coming to Madison in February and whoever can make it, makes it? Darn our busy schedule.:p

I am going to go back and edit my original post, to see if I can add a poll. If I can, the choices will be Jan 28 or Feb 25. If you can do both, please pick one. I would hate for someone to have to choose and exclude someone else from attending.
