For those of you watching regularly...

As I was up in the middle of the night a couple nights ago watching SoapNet, I saw a scene between Abe and Lexi when Lexi said that Abe was going to see Theo without her. Did I hear correctly, that he's going to see Theo??

Theo died!! And, he didn't die in a way connected with Stefano - he was shot on an undercover operation by the crooked cop, Cates, that Marlena was dating at the time. (And during the scene, they played Phil Collins "In the Air Tonight", which makes me think of that scene everytime I hear that song on the radio!!) Did someone in the Carver family have a baby that they named after Theo that they're talking about now?

That's one of my all-time, tear-jerker memories from DOOL... watching Abe run around the corner in slow motion after Theo was shot and holding him as he died in his arms... ugh, heartwrenching. Those were in the days when Abe actually had a front-burner storyline! ;)

Now that Judi Evans is back as Bonnie, I guess we won't be seeing a Justin/Adrienne return. That was such a sweet story too. Since there's still a strong Kiriakis showing, I've always held out hope for that.

I've been watching DOOL since I'm 4 years old, I'm now 37. There was a time that I missed a few years here and there but I always caught up. I can't believe I missed this thread before.

When I don't watch DOOL I DVR it so I haven't missed any so far. However, I 've been fast forwarding through many parts. Marlena, Alex & John are making me sick.

I want to slap the crap out of Chelsea. What a selfish biotch.

Don't care one bit about the lucas/austin/carrie/sami saga. It's been done and over done. We all know what's going to happen. Carrie is going to keep her promise to sami not to go after austin because she's too nice of a person or she's worried about having a guilty conscious or she is just stupid and sami is going to go after austin. All the while austin and carrie are still going to have feelings for each other. Carrie is going to start a life with lucas that's going to end in shambles when she realizes she really loves austin. Sami will be vindictive to get and keep austin nevermind the consequences. Or heck maybe Mike will come back and Carrie and Mike will realize that their marital problems were stupid and they really do love each other.

That pretty much sums that up. lol

sem426- I dvr days everyday but usually only watch every other episode or i'll fast forward through the people i currently don't loathe watching. I don't think so... I was watching when he was on the show but it was so long ago I can't remember the specifics :confused: It was back when Victor was a 'bad guy' - I'll see if I can look it up 'cuz now I'm curious too ;)

ETA: Dustin's Page (http://www.soapoperafan.com/days/characters/kiriakis.html#joseph) says that when Justin came to Salem in 1987 both of his parents were dead and that Victor was his only family... so I don't think they were ever on the show.

Now Kate is really starting to pi&& me off. Something severe and major needs to happen to her. Someone needs to find out what she says and does and call her on it. Or they just need to slap her. Patch (aka Steve) and Kayla were one of Days' supercouples of the 80s. He is/was Jack's brother (stepbrother?), and Kayla is a Brady. Patch "died"... I think that he got shot by someone. Kayla was briefly a widow, and I think that then she left town with Shane Donovan (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

I'm beginning to think Alex no longer needs to drug her since she continually puts herself in situations where he has total control over her - Why didn't she call him out in FRONT of John & everyone??? Been MIA a for a while but I have to admit I am so~o loving this week! Between Abe ripping Lexie a new one - Bo stealing Hope - and Steve being back, I can't wait to see what happens next :) Weeks like this week remind me why I love this show - I was about to give up but I'm hooked again - I hope they can keep up the momentum.

I still have gripes though - along with the rest of you, what's up with all of the RUDE guests at the wedding??? I've never seen so much applause for every step in the ceremony - that was weird! Mimi needs to just go away (I'm still rooting for Shelle)... And Sami needs to dump Austin (he's so annoying) and hook up with EJ (YUM!) :D

Lexie is a doctor, and she purposely lied to a patient about a medical condition. If she tells people what she did, isn't she at risk of losing her medical license? I'm surprised Sami hasn't brought that up.
