I'm looking for major inspiration, and I know a lot of the ladies here have lost weight on WW or other programs. Anyone have before and after pics they'd like to share, to help the rest of us get motivated? C'mon, I know you're out there! :D

Thanks, Ladies! :D Of course, I accidentally-on-purpose forgot to mention that I gained 30 lbs between the 'before' picture & the 'wedding' picture... 5-10 of those were on purpose (I got too skinny at my lowest), and 20-25 not so much on purpose. Back to the grind... sigh... :rolleyes:

APCullip22, I don't know about 'not dramatic' -- you look fan-freakin'-tastic.

I lost the bulk of my weight (whoo - I'm a punster) on a program called HMR (Health Management Resources (http://www.hmrprogram.com/)). My husband, who wasn't my husband at the time but only a co-worker, was doing it and having major success (he lost almost 300 lbs) so finally I caught up with him in the breakroom and said, "So, um, what are you doing?" and he told me about the program... which is how we became good friends instead of just co-workers... and then once we started walking together for exercise 3 days/week we figured out we had a lot more in common than just weight loss... and the rest of that story is in my sig. ;)

Basically the requirements of the program are:
- Go to class once/week.
- Eat at least: 3 shakes, 2 entrees, 5 cups fruits/veggies per day.
- Do 2,000 calories worth of physical activity weekly.

The 'Core' class lasts for 13 weeks and they estimate that a person will lose 16-32 lbs during that time. After that, you can either go to the Ongoing class if you still have momentum or if you feel like you're done being "hardcore" about it, you can go to Maintenance and add other foods back into your diet.
