What software do you use to add graphics to the photos, resize them or crops them, etc. What kind of printer do you use that prints high quality photos and will run cardstock and heavier papers thru them?

I use Adobe Photoshop for photo editing. It's a huge program and very expensive, but I love it, it's so powerful. Luckily I can get it through work.
I don't print at home, though.

I should have added, I don't want to have to spend a whole lot on the software but all replies are welcome!

I use PhotoShop, but I'd recommend PhotoShop Elements if you don't need the full version.
I don't print my own at all - too much trouble, time, and cost. I upload everything to my pro lab or to Mpix.com - the consumer division of one of my pro labs.

I just called my brother and he suggested Photoshop Elements as well. I'm going to look online for prices today. Sounds like just what I need. Thanks!

I have also heard good things about GIMP, which is freeware similar to Photoshop. But the people I know how use it are very computer savvy, and I don't believe it has a help file, so you're on your own. If you're not an advanced user of such programs I don't think it would be ideal.

For those who choose Gimp, there is a very helpful online tool resource. You can find it Here. (http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/)
