What is your DC wearing for the holidays?

I need some ideas! We have the usual Christmas festivities along with a wedding so we need some cute stuff! :)

I have a little boy too and have a hard time finding outfits.
He's almost 3 now, but will be wearing red plaid shortalls with a white peter pan collared shirt. Last year, he wore blue velvet with a similar shirt.
The first year, he wore a pale blue romper suit with smocking along the front. I think they were Christmas soldiers.
I usually buy in-store but some of my favorites are www.bestnco.com, www.saks.com, www.neimanmarcus.com, www.bestdresssedkids.com
Hope that helps!

My DD turns two on 12/17. I didn't see any Christmas dresses at the stores that I liked and/or I wasn't willing to pay $50+ for a dress she'll wear a few times. I bought her a black velvet Gymboree Prim & Proper dress. It is from Gymboree's 2004 Christmas line and I bought it NWT for $12.99 on eBay (versus the $62 it retailed for last year) :)

Ugh. I'm so tired of the lack of selection for cute boys clothes. I ended up getting a holidayish sweater for ds#1 and got this for ds#2 from Baby Gap.

my dd is wearing this

still looking for something for ds... nothing fussy. maybe some cord overalls. i'd like something that coordinates with the dress--they are twins--but nothing matchy-matchy. hate that. hoping to find something at the gap since i have a gc.

I found it almost impossible to find 0-3 month dresses. I finally found that one at Dillards department store.

I justed wanted to say all those outfits are soooo cute. I loved dressing my girls up when they were little but now that they are 7 & 9 I am lucky if they match.

it's so hard to find cute stuff for boys!

Christmas Eve he'll be wearing this from Janie and Jack. It has a little gingerbread applique

and for Christmas he will be wearing some jeans with a fold over red cuff at the bottom and a red plaid button down shirt.

All of these outfits are so cute! Here are some of what I have for DD this holiday season.
For Christmas Eve and picture with Santa:
http://www.hartstrings.com/images/site1/products/processed/C2677Set.lt.a.jpg

For Christmas Day and Christmas card photo: http://a116.g.akamai.net/7/116/2088/infinite/www.janieandjack.com/media/images/products/20050907_LOAD/1000-01951_Main_3a083.jpg She will be wearing this with white ruffle botton tights and black patent leather mary janes. I also have this adorable little black velvet bow clip for her hair :)

Also for the holiday season/casual parties DD has:http://a116.g.akamai.net/7/116/2088/infinite/www.janieandjack.com/media/images/products/20051019_LOAD/1000-02043_Image_Close_3af93.jpg with matching white pants and turtleneck.

She also has a really cute holiday set from Victoria Kids....I can't find a pic of it, but it is a set with red pants, a white shirt with a little santa bear on it and a red hat.

Dana B: I LOVE all of your DD's outfits. My DD has the barn jacket, clouche, plaid pants and top from the London Town (?) collection. I also love that sweater coat and still may get it for her, but she has the cream sweater coat from there, so I don't think DH will agree with me that she needs another sweater coat!

Being new here, I haven't quite figured out the whole "posting pictures" thing so lets see if this works:

DS is wearing the little tuxedo from Baby Gap for pictures and Christmas day. He has Christmas jammies for for the night before and I'm sure he'll stay in those when we open presents in the morning. We don't really do much for the holidays, so that's all he really needs. He does have a bunch of the little Christmas onesies from Old Navy that he'll wear to daycare.

with the newsboy hat that goes with it (can't find it on their site now).

We're getting Christmas pics taken tomorrow-I can't wait to put him in his outfit!

And a blue silk dress from the Children's Place with a white sweater on Christmas Day. We bought it before she was born on the day we found out we were having a girl.

lee thanks! i love your dd's outfits, too. of course she needs another sweater coat :p we have the cream one, too and i just noticed today that even though they are the same size, the green and red one is larger and i think she'll be able to wear it next year as well.

i didn't look at the boy's section, but old navy had some really cute plaid christmas outfits.

You can't really see how cute the outfits are.... they are from Gymboree - last year's holiday line. The dress has reindeer around the skirt and reindeer embroidered on the collar of the shirt. I have a sweater, onesie and socks from DS last year but they were all too big for DD (besides the socks) so I ended up buying everything on eBay!

I originally bought this for DS to wear for Thanksgiving but it didn't fit yet so I'm going to have him wear it for Christmas Day. It's a little more "harvesty" vs. "christmasy" but still looks holiday-ish. I'd like to find something else for Christmas Eve church service but haven't found anything yet.

I can't imagine getting 2 kids to sit still...it is IMPOSSIBLE to get my ONE child to sit and smile for 2 seconds! I think the picture of them laughing would make an awesome card!
